I have to admit at first, I was extremely skeptical of this place because of the price. After multiple phone calls and discussions with the staff, I decided to go through with spaying my malinois. I can’t say thank you enough to these people for calming my extreme anxiety, as my dog had never been put under anesthetic before. They were incredibly calm about addressing my concerns, and very reassuring. Not a single person at this office made me feel stupid or less than for worrying about my dog. She is recovering great and my other dog will be going there in a few weeks. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and extremely careful and loving care of my sweet girl in my absence. They thoroughly explained the procedure to me from start to finish, and again at the end when I came to pick up my dog, thoroughly explained her medication. Everyone at this office has come across as nothing but sincere, kind, honest and forthcoming. Leaving my entire world in the hands of someone else is very scary and they gave me so much confidence. Again, THANK YOU!

Very friendly informative staff. Services were offered at a very affordable rate. Clean and new facelift of the facilities. Everything went very well. My kitten recovered in no time. Thank you for providing services. What a remarkable resource. Blessings to all who make this possible.

We absolutely love this place, we live over an hour away and we still use their services. They are friendly and care deeply about our pets. They make vetrinary services affordable, since we have multiple pets. They offer a range services and sometimes for special occasions they only take cash. However, they do take debit cards and local checks.

Negative 5 star if I could. I will never and mean never take a pet here again!!!!! I got a spay surgery done Monday and knew it was messed up from the start. They didn’t inform me that they we going to try a new procedure on my cat, my cat is not one to just experiment with, I’m very upset. They said this new surgery is time efficient and so they can get more pets done quicker. They did the surgery on the side of her body not down by her private part. She’s been in horrible pain for 6 days now, I came home from work and the stitches got ripped out.. blood everywhere. Was calling their phone numerous times and nobody was picking up. They looked at me dumb when I asked for a cone the day I picked her up after surgery. They proceeded to gave her this pain med called “gabapentin” it made her foam out of the mouth and vomit. I understand that’s not totally their fault but they wouldn’t tell me why this was happening. I’m sitting here stressing out and nobody answers the phone. They always have an excuse, but never an answer on what’s going on with my cat that I trusted them with. I don’t know if they hired new vets or what I just would not recommend this place, Just spend a little extra more to keep your pet happy and healthy! Moral of the story, go to a different vet to get a spay or neuter done.

I brought Gizmo and Torvi (cats) to get vaccines and chips done at a clinic. The staff worked with you thru the whole process I even brought Torvi back to get spayed. All has gone well and I would urge anyone to call or stop here if you are lower on funds or just need help keeping your pet healthy!!!

Great place!! I was very happy with their service on June 10th 2024 and would highly recommend this place. They make sure you have pain meds to take home for your 4 legged kids. Everyone was polite. Thank you IOWA Humane Alliance for the care and surgeries you do for people who struggle with finances. What at blessing you are to people and pets.
