While there are always going to be issues working anywhere, TTR has been good to me, for the most part. The starting pay and being unable to go "full time" have made my journey of improving my life to be put on hold. My supervisor, Anthony, and the next person in line, Amy, are GREAT! Being willing to communicate to not only tell them of the problems, but to make sure follow up is done has been phenominal.

I've been with To The Rescue for a year and a half now. During my time here I've had the opportunity to advance in the company and get a significant pay raise. I feel like I'm making a positive impact in my community and the life of our members, I absolute love what I do. As an Employment Specialist I'm given the opportunity to create and nurture business relationships with members and public businesses every day. I get to meet and engage with all different kinds of people throughout my day, every week is a rewarding adventure.

If they "purchase" from your business, it is advisable to get full payment up front. We held merchandise for them out of trust and consideration for their clients. They said the payee would be in the following Friday with payment. They didn't show up. After a few weeks, I extended a courtesy call. Voice mail and no return call. I tried again in a couple weeks, and the two people with whom I spoke passed me on to someone else, and I left voice mail again, reminding them we were holding merchandise. No return call. Finally, I got through to the payee after over 2 months of holding merchandise. She informed me that the client bought merchandise elsewhere. I commented that we had been holding this merchandise for over 2 months, and simply stated that a courtesy call would have been appreciated. She proceeded to tell me she works 92 hours a week and didn't have time. Well, you had time to take your clients shopping elsewhere, so you had time to make a simple call. Then she accused me of being rude and hung up. I called the person who is allegedly in charge, and politely began explaining the situation, and she hung up too 🤣🤣🤣. I didn't raise my voice once...jeesh. REAL class act. Bottom line, get payment in full. Lesson learned.

Terrible management. Loved the clients, but couldn't continue working for such an awful company. The other 1 star reviews perfectly sum up my experience. Nothing ever gets done despite so many promises that it will. Working for them was one of the most stressful things I've ever dealt with. You want to stay for the clients, but the management makes your life a living hell. If you're considering putting your loved one in one of these homes, please don't (at least not if they have advanced physical or mental needs). The staff are not trained properly or treated well. The clients do not get the level of care they deserve. I'm proud of my work as a CNA, but I couldn't be proud of my work with TTR because they didn't give me the tools I needed. I did the best I could, but I wish I never worked there.

To the Rescue has been a good place to work. I have worked here for over a year and a half and they have been cooperative and willing to work with me to give time off when needed. Staring pay is fair but have not seen any raises.

If I could give this place a 0 I would poor management Don't care about there employees. Had to work around covd19. No break and if you do get a break they call you to pick up a client. They make up there own rules. They follow me around to make sure that I was dropping of clleints. And calling clients to find out how the drivers were doing. Overloading one driver. Never got my last paycheck. Worked there over a year with no pay raise. They wanted me to come in to work even it I was sick Do your self a favor Don't work for them
