I cannot recommend pals enough! My boyfriend and I are on a very fixed income and I am very fortunate to have qualified for low income spay and neutering. I have had all of my pups spayed and neutered here and they have been amazing. I could write a book but I want to give my biggest thank you to Lauren Foye, she is literally the most kind hearted, helpful and caring person I know. Thank you for all y'all do! Keep up the amazing work.

I got my dog neutered here, they did a nice job and were quick. The shots are cheap as well and I qualified for the free surgery. It only took 3ish hours. My only take away is my dog got fleas from there and I have called multiple times to get medicine but they do not answer... I text one of the ladies and she said to come by and then ghosted me. Other than that it was good, just be on the lookout for bugs..

I took my 2 Yorkies here after the brother impregnated his sister. The baby had a severe medical condition, which would have killed my girl during labor. The staff is unbelievably caring, compassionate, and professional. They really care about animals and want to make sure they're comfortable after surgery. They offer several different services at a discounted rate, which is a blessing. I'll always use PALS from now on. Thank you, Ella, for being so caring!!

Took my cat to get spayed at a low cost place which is really helpful for those not wanting to spend over $200+ and have extra money! However, when arriving their the staff talked about how two workers did not want to be there and leaving another tech with all the animals which is already should have been a red flag in workers not wanting to be there and perhaps rushing through the process. The second issue was my cat was marked with a big blue tattoo line and when brought up to the vet tech, Lauren Foye- she proceeded to gas light me into saying it was on the consent forms i signed off on which i did and proceeded to provide pictures of the application i filled out. She is also very unapologetic & has not apologized and just keeps saying “it will be added”. It makes me wonder what else is going on in the procedure that is happening that I did not sign off on or was aware of.

They offered me a voucher to get 3 neighborhood Tom’s neutered, but than redacted their email after confirming the two best dates they said that it was a “glitch” and the voucher wasn’t meant for me. Highly unprofessional! Do not use them!
