I took my oldest pup for his first visit today and the staff was very accommodating and patient with my old man. He wasn't as dramatic as he's been with his previous veterinarian which helped to put my mind at ease. I will definitely be bringing my other pups when they are in need of medical care. Thank you for taking such good care of my old man Natalie. 🥰

This place is the worst care for animals. My baby has been too three different times and nothing and I mean nothing is getting done with them. They just want that money. Assuming they took care of him. To wake up to him hurting again. I had to take him to a different vet just to get his glands cleaned out and his ear treated. They apparently do not know how to clean out glands. As he finally has relief from his vet else where. It really could have gotten worse and shame on them for not helping him. Knowing what they are doing. Go get a janitorial job. All pets would be better without people like employees at Tender Paws.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dog was helped with some dog bite injuries and they did a great job on providing me solution.I am happy with the service and would recommend this place.

One of “my” semi-feral tomcats turned up with a large abscess on his shoulder, and was causing him enough discomfort that he wanted snuggles (unheard of!) so I knew he needed a visit asap. I called first thing this morning and they graciously worked us into their busy schedule. The team at Tender Paws was incredibly accommodating, kind, and efficient! They got Bad Kitty in and cared for with 0 fuss. We’re so grateful for them!

The veterinarian tech was wonderful and helpful I believe her name is Natalie, explained the process for payment plans (which I got through Care Credit) along with informing ever step of the way for my cat Dawn in assisting her recover from her flea allergy. The doctor was friendly and answered all questions and concerns I had. I been taking my two cats there for years and they have always been kind to me an ensuring my cats get the best help they can and ensuring they stay healthy in their senior years. They offer different prices depending on what work you need and willing to help you find treatment within your budget range that you can do that visit.
