Exceptional Emergency Care I recently had an emergency with my dog Bailey that required immediate attention, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care we received at this hospital. My dog went into labor and faced complications after pushing out 1 of her puppies and 8 hours later still pushing and no progress that necessitated an emergency C-section. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly supportive and professional. They quickly assessed the situation and took swift action to ensure the safety of both my dog and her puppies. The veterinarian and the surgical team were thorough, compassionate, and highly skilled. The procedure resulted in the safe delivery of 9 healthy puppies. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, which provided much-needed reassurance during such a stressful time. Post-surgery, they offered excellent aftercare advice and follow-up support, ensuring that both my dog and her pups were recovering well. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and maintained a calm and comforting environment, which made a world of difference during this emergency. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner in need of veterinary services. Their expertise and dedication truly saved my dog's life and brought 9 beautiful puppies into the world. These people were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them. Earlier tonight, around 10:30 pm, I went to let my dog out. He ran out midway through the backyard then started screaming. I was unsure why. After getting him, I seen that his side was sliced open. Still unsure how at this very moment. I quickly drove over to the Animal Hospital of Conroe next to Target on 105. They checked him out, then brought me a price. I instantly started having a panic attack. I couldn’t afford that. The amazing tech, Ann, asked me what I had. I told her. She told me to allow her to speak to the doctor. They worked something out, changed some things around and got it where I could afford it. I have never been so thankful. After getting home and inspecting, I’m thinking a large bird tried making him their dinner but due to his weight or brothers it didn’t work out. Anyways, this place was amazing. They helped me through the process. Financially, and emotionally. Ann, I know I didn’t really say it, but I’ll never forget what you have done for me. You are truly a gem. Thank you so much. UPDATE: 2 weeks later, we went in as a walk-in to have his stitches removed. They were very nice and quick! Once again, very pleasant experience. Added photo below to show off his “tummy tuck” scar.

I highly recommend this Hospital. Just last night; my emotions were running high when my dog was injured and had a laceration on his chest. From the moment I walked in with my fur baby, the receptionist was very welcoming. We were called back and given a breakdown of what all that my dog needed, the Vet was very understanding of our finances and was able to work with us for the help that my little guy needed. They let me see him one last time before they kept him overnight. The staff is amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team and care that my dog received that night.

I went once to the vet and twice to the er trying to figure out what’s wrong with my dog. Turns out he has cancer. As heartbreaking as this is my experience at this vet made this even more stressful. The front desk staff was very rude behind my back. The blonde Vicki or becki I don’t remember was complaining about my dog who has severe anxiety being loud when locked in their exam room. The pregnant one I didn’t catch her name was rolling her eyes looking at us when the vet was taking to us. I know my dog has anxiety so I asked to see him to calm him down so they would have a better chance at getting a urine sample. I waited 2 hours before I could even see my dog and ultimately had to get the urine same MYSELF. I was there from 10:30am-6:30pm for a urinalysis and an x ray. One vet with a bunch of tattoos seemed way more interested in the surgery cases when. I get it they are emergency surgery’s but they need a better system or to care about the ones who don’t need surgery as well. I don’t mind waiting I don’t but when I had to wait 2 hours to just get my dog in a room to cam him down so they could do everything faster I had problems. Especially when. The front desk staff was so rude. Oh and I had a 3 month old with me the whole time I was waiting.

I took my 11 month old puppy to this facility. First thing they said to me “looks like your dog ingested THC or CBD” and after that they ran $1200 “lab work”. No resolution. Do not take your pet to this place - they just want your money.

They're the only 24-hour ER in the area, serving us from Huntsville. They've helped keep alive our kitties who've been hurt and compassionately attempted to help out kitten/kittens in need. We lost only one (just this morning), and they helped her be at peace. They take Care Credit, they're clean, efficient, personable, compassionate, and helpful. In an emergency, everytime, they've come through.
