I would not recommend this office, the receptionist is very nasty and rude, you can’t tell them to be nice because they defend themselves saying that all calls are recorded. Not only the rude receptionist but also the insensitivity this office has for your pets it’s all about the money with them and they are quick to give you a high price and then call you that they need more money for a treatment you already paid. I found another office that are sweet and kind and really care about your pet and tries to create a relationship with you. If I can leave -1000 I would but google doesn’t give you the option

I needed a FAVN titer test for my dog for international travel, and I chose Queens Animal Hospital because it was nearby. From the first visit, it was clear they were completely unprepared. When I mentioned we needed a titer test, the entire staff seemed confused. The vet insisted that we deworm my dog first, despite this not being required by the travel documentation (though I agreed since it was time for it anyway). After the deworming, the vet said we were all set to go. I had to remind them that we needed to draw blood for the titer test, which prompted the vet to Google it on the spot. A week after the blood draw, I checked the lab's website and found no information. When I called the vet, they admitted they hadn't even sent the serum to the lab yet, wasting several more days. It's now been over ten days since the results were supposed to be finalized, and the hospital keeps saying they haven't received the results. The lab, however, told me they couldn't get in touch with the hospital. Yesterday, I went to the vet in person and called the lab right in front of them, only to find out that the hospital hadn't even paid for the test. This entire ordeal wasted two weeks of my time and caused me to miss my scheduled flight. It was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise anyone needing serum testing to avoid this place. They clearly have no idea what they're doing!

I just joined this clinic as a full time doctor. I love working here. Excellent team work. professional and caring staff are here for you to dedicate veterinary medical services. Photo is Husky, husky puppy who behaved really well today for his last puppy exam and vaccination.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I never ever leave reviews, however I needed to do this so that YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE. Our dog is in CHF congestive heart failure and they gave her antibiotics and cough tablets. We went back later that evening and they said we cannot help you because it is 6pm and we are now closed. The DOCTOR was laughing and asked us if we thought he should perform a miracle. The tech was beyond disgusting with her behavior and disposition towards us. Keep in mind they quoted us for $1,100 and we paid $500. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!! LESS THAN A ONE STAR! This Doctor Patel needs to retire and stop practicing because he clearly lost all sense of his mind and empathy in his heart!

I’m writing a more recent review of Queens Animal Hospital and while the front desk sometimes is a hit or miss Dr. Patel and team care for the animals. We went Memorial Day weekend for an emergency and Dr. Patel was there and immediately called us for the results. Been going here for years and definitely recommend.

Updated: 5 STARS to 1 STARS I've been a loyal customer of this pet clinic for quite some time due to its convenient location near my apartment. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While I've never had issues with the receptionists before, this time was different. Despite confirming my appointment and providing all necessary details, I was bombarded with incessant phone calls, even during work hours, reminding me about my vaccination appointment. When I politely asked them to remove one of the numbers and refrain from constant calling, they started conversation with each other( 2 receptionists ) in Spanish, which I don't understand. It was clear they were discussing me in front of me, which felt incredibly disrespectful.RUDE! Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism have led me nv wanna go back. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when they're seeking care for their beloved pets. The receptionists seem to be the root cause of the problem, overshadowing the otherwise good service provided by the doctors. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where I'm treated with the professionalism and courtesy I deserve. I suggested the owner read all comments.
