I have been to many veterinary offices, I have never been as impressed with any as I am with InstaVet. From the moment our family (and pet) were greeted by Marcia, we felt this was going to be a very kind experience. Our 19 year old cat was sadly to the point of no return, and we were given all the time we needed to cry, pet and say goodbye; I have never been to a vet place that provides their clients with a private, comfortable and beautiful room to be able to be with their pet during their final moments. They went above and beyond and they have everything you can possibly need (tissues, water, privacy, a remote bell to call for assistance, bathroom, etc.) No doubt it was hard, we still cry and remember our Cody... but this place, the doctor (forgot name but amazing and caring), our assistant as mentioned above, and the entire vibe of the place made our experience less traumatic. We were happy that even though we had no appointment, there was no wait time and our pet was seeing with care & compassion. We were gifted a keepsake to top it all off! Don't hesitate to take your pets to this place, they are absolutely wonderful!

My cat was seen in another vet, where they quoted me a big chunk of money and asked me to see a specialist before fixing him. Now, I asked for a second opinion, and the Dr in this place actually explained to me that my cat could be fixed without going to a specialist. He explained thoroughly, and all of my anxiety vanished. They did a wellness check-up for free, and they give discount if you use Uber to get there. I paid less than my deposit in the previous vet. The staff are amazing, very kind and warm. Thank you for all the staff.

Newer clean vet office that we used for the first time in an emergency. They had availability to get our cat in right away and assist. Staff has been welcoming and great. Doctor Kim was very informative on the steps they were going through and they send a quote to you for approval on treatments they plan to do. Prices are what they are in an emergency situation, so that is what pet insurance is for as well. Good experience and knowledge so far at Instavet. Main communication can be handled through their text system. Questions/prescription info/etc.

I don’t know where to begin. The customer service here and animal attention and friendliness of InstaPet is TOP TIER!!!! Dr. Christina Carbonell was so good to my pup. If you’re a pet lover like me you know how important it is to be kind and show love to our Fur family (My son). I went to get my international certificate of Travel and it is so hard to find a Vet that does this efficiently and LET ME TELL YOU SAMEEEEE DAY!!! She was able to execute it! (Not saying this may be the case 100% of the time but she will get it done! Efficiently and promptly) If you’re looking for a Stunning and CLEAN Spa like environment with amazing staff that are welcoming then 100% you have found the place the assistants were amazing the front desk amazing JUST LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM I Found my Baby’s Vet <3 Thank you so much to the entire staff!!!

I've brought my puppy here 2 times. Nothing but great things to say. The Facility is very clean. The staff are all genuinely caring and kind. Dr. Kim took care of my puppy both times and he is amazing. Great bedside manner, thorough and explains everything in detail. We also had a very lovely RN ( I'm so upset I can't remember his name) But he was also very kind, attentive and explained everything to us in detail. I would recommend Instavet to any fur parent. You are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Kim and ALL staff that helped take care of my little Oreo 🐶

Staff here is absolutely amazing. My dog was having a severe allergic reaction and thr urgency and care from the tech at the front desk to Dr. jay was phenomenal. Dr. Jay took the time to really explain what was going on. He was extremely transparent and honest about best & worst case scenarios. My dog is alive and well because of them and Im forever grateful 😀
