I was referred to take my yorkie to this emergency hospital due to increase in blood sugar. They went over consultant and examination. Consultant was done and gave me recommended however once doctor was made aware i had insurance recommendations change to keep my dog overnight for evaluation costing close to 6000. I told them i will go with first recommendation i could not believe it was so disheartening . There are so many animals in shelters that need homes and because people cant afford hospital bills they decide not to adopt or put there pet down. This had become big business and not about the care of our beloved pets

My dog ate a bunch of chocolate yesterday and when I brought him in to the hospital he was acting totally fine. They did some checks and told me I could go through with further checks if I wanted to but that he seemed ok. They didn’t even charge me for just checking his heart rate and his gums. They said I could come back if he presented symptoms. He ended up being fine! Everyone was so sweet and calm and helpful. Thank you for helping calm me down ♥️

I came here as an emergency with my dog who had suddenly been experiencing seizures. All of the doctors and nurses that I met with/spoke to over the phone were amazing. They took amazing care of my dog, their bedside manner was appropriate and appreciated, everyone was thorough, informative and open to all of my questions and concerns. My dog came out very happy and I could tell she had been in the hands of those who actually care and love animals. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here if ever in an emergency.

I brought my friends cat in yesterday and they were a big help. Waiting period was long I came at 745pm and saw doctor around 1230am and left at 130am. However doctor took nearly 30mins answering all the questions and examining my friends cat Sammy. Also today went in to pick Sammy after hospitalization overnight. Vet tech was super friendly, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this place.

The staff at Blue Pearl are always kind and empathetic. It’s clear they know people who come in are already stressed and they want to make the experience as painless as possible. The receptionist referred to people’s pets as their “babies” which truly warmed my heart and the nurses and doctors were incredibly friendly and respectful. I’m glad Blue Pearl is an option even if I wish I didn’t have an emergency warranting a visit. Edit: just went back for a specialty visit today and while the news was tough, Katherine (or is it Catherine?) was so incredibly empathetic and I could not have wished for better care. Thank you, again, for always providing an excellent experience.

I brought my chihuahua in. She was unable to walk and had a fever. They immediately treated her and gave me antibiotics. She is so much better. Thank you for saving her life ❤️
