I had to rush my pet to the emergency at Blue Pearl, the same place I took my last pet. Upon arrival, the nurse meticulously assessed the situation, which was comforting given my anxiety. Dr. Gerardo Mendoza then examined my pet, explained the condition, and recommended medication that would help. His comforting presence, especially after midnight, was reassuring. I left feeling more at ease, and my pet is now doing much better.

The whole team are extremely compassionate and caring. I really appreciate the attention my dog received and how Dr Fico was so thorough in explaining my dog’s illness and the procedure that he was going to do on my dog. I am thankful I went to Blue Pearl. My Dog is 15 1/2 years old and they did everything to help ease my mind and hopefully help my dog have some more time with us. Thank you to Lionel as well for doing the X-rays and helping with his discharge. Also to Lisa for checking in the very next day to see how our dog was feeling. I’m very grateful with the service and caring that doctor Allison and her in her team did, I took my three year old American shorthair cat Benito, for urinary blockage, it was an emergency and I did not have any appointment, they accommodate my baby and perform great work on him, very caring for his needs needs, making him the most comfortable and explained everything that was happening with him to me in the most empathic way possible, the doctor sent him home with very specific instructions for his medication and with the food she recommended for him, I really appreciate it because my cat is my love and anything that happens to him scares me very much; thank you to all the team members especially the doctor Allison.

The first phone call was not the best. Seemed more concerned with telling me that they didn’t take my insurance. Once there. A paper is your check in and mostly states what the procedure is for payment .vet assistant came in asked questions, then took my pet back. There. It’s almost a ransom type thing to get your pet back. They trick you into signing if your pet might die so you sign a paper for them to run and do more unnecessary things to charge you. Eventuality my bill was over a thousand dollars. Wanted to put my pet to sleep that night. My pet is still going strong. They charged my almost 90 dollars for pills that cost 10 dollars. They are a rip off will never carry my pet back there
