Been a client here since 2020 when I bought my first fur baby Stitch home. Three years later came along Lilo. Didn’t have a good experience with the Veterinary services that she was recommended to at the time. So I decided to transfer Lilo over RBVS, BEST decision ever. Staffs are super friendly, professional, and the Vets are just as great. Quick to answer any questions and concerns. Never had a bad experience, so I know both of my fur-babies are in good hands and care when coming here.

The vets are great, receptionists can be a bit rude, depending on who is answering on the phone. They also always have you on hold and they don't really listen to what you're asking for either. It takes me a couple of tries and explaining which can be frustrating especially when my babies are sick. The prices vary. But I got my dog spayed there and also had mastectomy. Overall it was over $2k and when I asked about insurance they were lost. I would think that they would know about insurance and which is the best to ensure pet care and their owners don't pay out of pocket but, to each their own. There's not really any parking outside. I highly suggest asking for prices before getting anything done because I was definitely blindsided with the prices.

When my vet closed shop with no notice, I found Rockaway Beach Veterinary Services and almost wished they had shut down sooner. I have never met a more compassionate , understanding, personable group of people. Appointments are easy to get and my pets are always treated with care. I recommend this business to any one with a pet.

I brought my cat in because he was not eating as usual and seemed listless. He had a cut on his side and I thought it may have gotten infected. I did not have an appointment but the booking assistant squeezed me in and I did not wait long at all. The Dr and her assistant were very kind and thoroughly examined my buddy and did not find any infection or anything seriously wrong but they cleaned the cut and gave him a shot for arthritis (which worked well) - he can now jump up on the bed again! I am very very pleased with this vet and highly recommend them to other pet lovers.

Since welcoming two 7 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniels into our home, the help and service of Rockaway Beach Veterinary Services has been incredible. Whether on the phone or in person everyone on the staff has been welcoming, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable from the first phone call and visit and both Liam and Diego were calm and relaxed throughout their check ups. It will definitely be an important part of the lives of our dogs!
