Took my Ginger baby to get tested to see why he has an enlarged kidney. The staff was great. The doctor was amazing.

We brought our dog for an infected ear 2 weeks ago and was told by the vet to come back July 1st for a follow up check up, which we did! Made an appointment before we left that day for the 1st schedule at 10 am and a receptionist called for a confirmation the night of June 30th, which she reiterated that we have the first appointment. We arrived at the clinic at 9:45 am and there were 2 other people there. I signed in and no other person's name was written on the schedule paper after my name. 10 o'clock came and people with their pets arrived one after the other. Some pets were called in ( pets who just got in). My husband approached the receptionist at 10:20 and asked what's going on? She readily replied, they're prepping up the room for our pet, Sheenah). We waited for another 20 minutes, but Sheena wasn't called. My husband went back to the receptionist at 10:45 and asked what's going on again. This time, she replied it's the vet who will call the pet's name. My husband just canceled the appointment and walked out! So what's the procedure in this vet clinic? You just disregarded the protocol? What's the use of setting an appointment when it will not be implied?! Very upsetting! The vet's fee is exorbitant.. so much so with the medicines they prescribed and administered, but we just paid them without a complain! But the scheduling is ridiculous! Very appalling! You have to do something or you'll end up with no clients at all!

The best clinic in New York State! The best service! Amazing doctors and everyone there are Professional. Specially the vet assistant Christian Delgado supper sweet and helpful! He treats your pet with a lot of care when handling! Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best animal clinic in Brooklyn! The staff are beyond curtious and kind. They are extremely understanding and very gentle with your fur baby. Words honestly could not describe the amazing experience they have provided for me in one of my darkest days of my life(puting my fur baby down) how sincere they were. Just top notch all around, would highly recommend!

Took my dog here because he split his nail and he received excellent care. Dr Roufal and Bonnie are angels and so genuine. They told me the price before the procedure and explained everything beforehand. They gave me an appointment the next day and they are open pretty late. Get there early to find parking but it is more than worth it for the care you and your pet will receive.

This place is awful. I took my dog in December and asked for a full complete check up. Bloodwork and all. It’s a senior dog. I wanted to know he was 100% healthy. It cost me 600+. Only to find out a month later that my dog has a golf ball size lump by his groin and another on his back leg, discovered by the groomer. Howard beach animal clinic knew how to take my money but didn’t even feel my dog for lumps or anything. They couldn’t have grown that big in a month.
