I got the care plan for my dog and double for a year to have him neutered. Since I didn't get it done in the first year of plan, they wouldn't honor it. I paid $400 for a service that I didn't receive. I never signed to renew the contract, it just renewed. So the renewed contract is just an extension of the original contract. I will not be renewing the contract and am done with Banfield.

When our pup pup doesn't feel well, Banfield is our go to. The staff and doctors are so friendly and so caring. They are attentive to both pet and parent(s), especially when there is an emergency or strong concern. They explain the treatment, meds and follow up appointments. We've been going to this Banfield forever and won't go any where else. 5 star service.

Words can’t describe how amazing Dr Mclaughlin is . Dr Mclaughlin Took over our dog Rambo little over little over 3 years ago and she has changed our lives and our dogs life for the better in ways we thought could never be done. Her knowledge ,compassion, and professionalism is above anything other which is why i am writing this review. I will not go into detail of our dog(Rambos) issues however lets just say having a rescue with severe anxiety to the point where it affects his health and our entire family…… you eventually hit rock bottom. She constructed a plan to better his quality of life which has now bettered ours. I want to point out that the even with the comprehensive visits and his dental cleanings, she is top notch. Banfield is lucky to have her and we are blessed to have Dr Mclaughlin.

*edit* You dont make this stuff up, we went to our new vet and Banfields microchip was undetected! Please get your beloved puppies chipped checked for at a different vet! Scammy subscriptions that you cant cancel - they force you to payout by the year when you do, absolutely predatory. Wife called about pre flight check ups, they dont do it and arent approved. Tried to charge us for their records, literally just forwarding an email. Avoid! Other vets are half the price.

This has been my week to visit Banfield. I just want to say my experience at Bel Air is always really great. I had two emergency visits this week and one planned. They were able to squeeze me in same day for my emergencies and treated all my pets with loving care. Special shout out to Dr. Falkowski, Dr. McLaughlin, Michael, Libby, Elaina, and Angela. Sorry if I missed anyone but thanks for always helping my pets.
