Dr. Sinclair and her staff are ABSOLUTELY lovely. She has been seeing my cats for probably 10 years now. They are always kind and helpful. It's nice to have a cat only hospital nearby to limit the stress of travel and dogs while going to the vet. (I also have dogs and they like to bark when they go to the vet).

This is truly a team of dedicated staff. They followed up with me daily when my cat had an emergency. I felt like I was part of the family! I was given options, and told estimates upfront. And they're still following up. Dr. Sinclair is a saint, checking emails into the night. Please note - covid rules still apply here. It's worth it, though.

My overall experience with Doctor Sinclair and their team was nothing short of amazing! Over the course of a year, they took stellar care for our two senior cats. Both cats require medication and special attention for differing reasons. You know, old cat stuff. When we first came to Dr. Sinclair, we were changing doctors from another well-known cat specialized veterinarian practice in the area. There were issues at the old veterinarian of getting medications that both our cats needed. There was an on-boarding checkup so they could confirm what information we were giving them and what the previous practice had on file. I won’t lie, I was worried they would be looking for ways to overcharge us; what happened was completely the opposite of this. Their decision making was based on the strictest philosophy of putting both of our feline’s health first. They consulted us thoroughly and with care on all options of treatments for our cats. Not only what associated costs were, but the risks versus rewards for the choices. IN THEIR ACTIONS, THE CARE FOR OUR PETS CAME FIRST EVERY TIME. I can’t stress this part enough! At Catsense, strict measures for pandemic response are always used. Let’s be clear, I’m anti-lockdown myself and I fully believe the care my pets received was always worth it! When you arrive, you will call from your car for appointment entry, you will have to wear a mask at all times, and only one person per pet visit is allowed in the building. Whether you agree with these actions or not, the top rate care and consideration for your cats is ALWAYS there. The staff was always pleasant with me and everyone else I saw in there! We moved down south recently, and I can honestly say one of the few things I miss of Maryland is the absolutely stellar and amazing staff of Cat Sense. Everyone there knows what they’re doing and will put your pet’s care first every time.

I want to say thank you so much to Cat Sense Feline Hospital for the caring and compassion they showed us when it was time to end our precious Pumpkin's pain and suffering. They are so kind and show great concern. Dr. Sinclair was so reassuring and understands how difficult this is. The next day, again, we received a beautiful floral arrangement in Pumpkin's memory.
