I wasn't prepared to lose my beloved cat C Michelle, but Rolling Acres did a wonderful job of providing me with a beautiful engraved box with her ashes along with a cast of her pawprint. While C Michelle has gone to her final rest, it gives me some peace to have these sentimental items near me. They truly understand the special relationship we humans have with our fur babies and were very respectful of that bond, even in the professional manner of the packaging.

I cannot remember the name of the woman that helped me this morning but she did a wonderful job of helping to comfort me as I was picking up the ashes of my cat today. She was very kind and allowed me to grieve. I truly appreciate the care they took with my boy, Horus. Thank you for what you do. You have a wonderful caring staff that understand how precious our family pets become.

Losing our dear Roma was the worst thing we’ve ever had to go through. From the very first call we made to Rolling Acres, Karen was very compassionate and empathetic with our situation. Karen is very patient and explained everything to us and answered every question we had. When we arrived with Roma to Rolling Acres we were very broken and couldn’t even think straight. Karen was so helpful, welcoming and gave my family this immediate sense of comfort and love. Leaving Roma and walking out the door that day was the hardest thing to do, but we were very comforted knowing Karen would be there with her. Karen went above and beyond and gave my family peace and was there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Thank you Karen and Rolling Acres for everything you’ve done for us, you gave us light in the dark place.

I lost my princess, Penny, on Friday, August 11, 2023. My first family pet who was with us for almost 13 years. She was just a couple months old when she came to our home. She grew up with my kids, who are now 13 and 15. I didn't know that it could hurt this much to lose a fur baby. I am absolutely heartbroken but between Picture Hills Pet Hospital and Green Acres, I received an unbelievable amount of support. Green Acres worked seamlessly with the pet hospital to pick up my princess. Green Acres set up a final viewing to say good bye and was offered so much hospitality by Karen while I waited for Penny's remains. I waited for a couple of hours but was able to select the urn, a personalized engraving, and reminisce / grieve for my pup. Karen directed me to a waiting room where I could make phone calls and catch up on some things and spent some nice quality time just talking to me. She listened and cared to hear about Penny. I cried and laughed and could not be happier that Karen made herself available to talk to me. I left with a personalized urn and couldn't be happier to have Penny back with me. I also received a ceramic paw print, which was also engraved. Thank you for the kindness and grace you showed me. Very well done. Far exceeded my expectations and have me done of the closure that I needed.

Yesterday was the hardest day of my life. I was so nervous about my horse being picked up because they aren't exactly easy to move. They showed up right on time but waited for me to come to them and tell them I was ready. They used his name and pet his forehead and they treated him with such care! They were so caring for my boy and I was so happy that they didn't show up to just get the job done and leave. Compassion was used every step of the way and I will get to pick him up in only 2-7 days! They took so much stress off of my shoulders. I am so grateful!

I've lost several dogs over the years, but I've never had such good experience like I had with Rolling Acres, they did a such a wonderful job for my boy Koda! I highly recommend them!
