Loved the entire Banfield vet. Hospital for over a decade now. Taken my 4 huskies there. Each vet, nurse, and care knows them by name even before I reach the desk. I am still at the door and they are greeted. My huskies are always super excited to get to Banfield or the hotel. The groomers, not so much. Lol. They love being pampered and given attention. They give lots of kisses to everyone. Attention seekers all of them. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies. Forever grateful 🙏

Great staff and doctors. Make you and your pet feel comfortable. Answered every question we had with ease. But what makes them shine- was fitting our German Shepherd in for an emergency!

I've been going to Banfield since I adopted my diabetic cat in 2020. they're wonderful; Dr. Clark has been working with me this whole time, and I often work with Johnathan, Tandy, and recently a batch of new folk that have been stellar in their service and commitment to pets. I moved half an hour away from them and I still won't take my boy anywhere else. thank you:)

I took my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital located inside Petsmart at Tiffany Springs. Banfield which offered a coupon for a free first visit. I was never so DISAPPOINTED in a veterinarian experience. The veterinarian only checked my dog's ears; heart and lungs. The veterinarian just wanted to rush out of appointment. She lacked any type of personality or concern. She only spent 15 minutes with me and my dog. The vet tech continued to talk MONEY MONEY MONEY on this first visit even though I continued to inform him that I cannot pay for shots until next week. PLEASE DO NOT go to this place. I am convinced it was because I DID NOT want to purchase there WELLNESS PLAN. I just wanted to have my dog checked out for any concerns. I will be going to Eagle Veterinarian in Riverside Mo. They took time, patience and were excellent team and were not pushy for money just gave me information for prices etc.

They have always taken care of my Karma. She is the biggest baby but does not like other dogs. Jonathan is the best when he answers the phone. We have been going there since we rescued her back in 2017

Me and my fiancé have always loved banfield and took all of our pets there. But recently it’s gone downhill. Banfield has wasted our time, money, and most importantly made me feel like I was the problem of our dog getting sick. Our dog got sick very suddenly with constant throwing up. Banfield recommended a pancreas test which came back negative. After that, either treatment or an X-ray. The vet said the treatment would be over $400 and the X-ray would be over $500. Which is insane because I called multiple other pet hospitals that gave X-rays for half of that. We ended up going with treatment which consisted of medicine to take home and an IV shot under her skin. It didn’t work. We took our girl home and she progressively got worse. Banfield was persistent on having the X-ray done and no other options. I decided to take her to another pet hospital that only charged $70 for a X-ray and gave her an actual catheter with an IV (which banfield only gave her an IV under her skin that did nothing). Overall they are wayyyy overpriced and doesn’t sound like they know what they are doing or care about the pets well being.
