Me and my Maggie girl LOVE creekside! Everyone has always been so kind and accommodating. i have never had a dog so excited to go to the vet like she is when we pull into Creekside. Whether it is for a yearly check-up or an emergency they always make Maggie and myself feel important and well taken care of. So thankful to have found a vet that loves pets and their people.

We were very nervous about where to take our first new puppy Riley.. I searched online and got several recommendations. We decided on Creekside and am so glad we did. The entire staff is is friendly and welcoming and they know him by name. And Trinity is the absolute best with his baths. He goes nuts when we walk in.

I had a great experience last week at CVH when I had my 3 dogs’ teeth cleaned. The staff was great with communication, very caring with my pups, and very knowledgeable. Surgery/anesthesia is always something a pet owner worries about but I felt very safe with Dr Radford and her team. Thank you so much!

My two cats were patients at Creekside almost the entire time I lived in the area. Dr. Radford is the best vet I have ever interacted with. I appreciated that I was in the room with my pets during all exams and vaccines (which I found is not common practice at two other vets I tried). This kept me and my cats calm. One of my cats needed dental work and it was her first time having the procedure done. I was extremely anxious, but before and after the procedure, Dr Redford sat down with me and answered all of my questions. My pet ended up needing 4 teeth taken out, but the vet assistant told me that my pet was never alone in the procedure and I wholeheartedly believe her because of the way I saw the staff interact with my pets during every single visit. Staff is patient and calm no matter how long it takes to get blood, give a vaccine, etc. A few days after my pets procedure, I called in because my pet was not eating and it was making me very nervous. I was able to bring my pet in for an evaluation where the vet gave me additional reassurance that my pet was okay and also gave me options for additional medication which I appreciated. I didn’t end up using the medication because my cat started to eat that night! Yay. The staff never hesitated to bring additional treats for my cat so they could get the bloodwork or vaccines that were needed. They are patient, kind and you can tell everyone there loves pets and loves their job. Dr Radford discussed longterm plans I should consider it comes to my cat’s dental work, which is something no other Vet has ever expressed, which concerns me considering my cat needed 4 teeth removed. Since the procedure, my cat is happier, more talkative, eats better and plays more! Including my pets dental procedure, all of the prices of their services are extremely reasonable. I have paid much more at other vets and I didn’t even get to see what the vet was examining. I expressed to Dr Radford that upon finding out that my family was moving, leaving Creekside Vet was going to be one of the hardest things to leave behind because I know finding another Vet as caring as her, is going to be very hard to find! I have, and will continue to recommend this vet to anyone.

The best doctor my pets have EVER seen. She is sweet, gentle, smart and intentional and accurate in her diagnosis and that is priceless. Several vets in the Chattanooga area have chased a problem with my dog for several months and one trip to this office within days we knew exactly what was going on. The staff is the most kind and gracious staff with the best customer service I have ever seen. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Redford and the Creekside family and I can rest assured knowing my pets are in the very best care!
