I have been coming to Dr. Hauser for over a decade and Surry Animal Hospital is hands down the best veterinary hospital around. I have tried several others and always come back here. The staff is amazing and always take the best care of my fur babies. They are kind and caring.

I brought my sweet little 6 month old kitten in for treatment this past Friday His little jaw had been completely shattered from being kicked by a neighbors horse. He was in intense pain and Dr. Hauser and his staff got us in on short notice . His injury was too severe to be treated so I made the hard decision to have him euthanized. They were so kind to my sweet little boy and myself very professional and very caring. The Dr. even brought my little kitty out to my wife and I to take home and took the time to explain everything to us and tell us how very sorry he was. Thank you all so much it made a hard day a little easier.

We have been going to Surry Animal Hospital for years. My sweet Ryder loved going to see, "The Doctor Man" as we called Dr. Hauser. He got so excited when I told him he was going. The Staff is always friendly and helpful. When I lost my sweet Ryder Dr. Hauser called me on the phone when he found out we had taken Ryder to the Emergency Vet to have him put down. He had been sick for awhile. His compassion meant everything to us. Now, we take our new puppy Petey to be cared for by them also. They are the best, and I am so thankful our fur people are taken care of by such caring folks.

Today we had to put down our sweet German Shepherd Hercules at Surry County Animal Hospital, and the compassion and kindness we received here this morning was incredible. They did everything they could for him, and treated him with respect and dignity. He passed peacefully and comfortably with us by his side and the doctor and nurse comforting us along the way. It was deeply moving. Thank you for being a gentle, kind presence on what has been the worst day of our lives. We sincerely thank the staff for there quick actions and kindness as well. God bless.
