Very profession, welcoming, empathetic and easy to work with. Her dog had surgery there and we were absolutely 100% pleased with the encounter from start to finish. While she was there we had an emergency and staff worked with us to make sure that she was cared for and we were comfortable until we could get there to pick her up. She was up and running around within a few hours like nothing had ever happened. I was really Worried because she is very timid, but she was not traumatized in the least. They have to be exceptional to get those kind of results

although they moved a bit down the road, my family has been taking our pets to Town and Country Animal Clinic since the 90's, including my current cat. I find the staff to be pleasant and professional. The facility is nice and clean. Thanks!

Dr. Amy and her staff are absolutely amazing! They bring knowledge, respect, professionalism and compassion to a whole new level. Your pet is very well taken care of here. They take their time and explain every detail of your pet's care. We recently lost our beloved dog, Princess, whom they cared for many years. In the end, Dr. Amy made us all feel like part of their family. She wept right along with us. Even in one of the worst moments possible, they remained steadfast in making sure our baby girl was never in pain and left us peacefully. If you are looking for a great vet, search no more!!

The staff are very kind and knowledgable. My rescue dog Hugo had dental surgery the other day. He is nervous around new people and the staff here treated him great and made him feel at ease. He had two teeth removed and he’s doing great. They explained everything that was going on pre surgery and post surgery. They were detailed in showing us his x-rays and calling after his x-rays to left us know if his teeth could be saved or not. I’m very glad I was referred to Dr. Hanson!

The staff at Town & Country were able to remove all but four of my nine year old cat’s teeth—WNY has very few clinics with qualified veterinarians—but there were several complications, including a persistent infection that she has been on medication for over more than six months now. I was disappointed that when I originally called to let them know I thought something was wrong after surgery, they blew me off, telling me it was nothing. I should have pressed the matter, but believed they knew what they were talking about. My cat lived and is thriving. BUT. They wouldn’t let me come in with her when I thought she had a fever, my husband had to FLY BACK FROM OREGON when the house-sitter noticed she had suddenly stopped eating even though we were assured nothing was wrong. After running a cat shelter for years, being ignored when I knew something was wrong wasn’t just frustrating, it was expensive, time consuming, and totally unnecessary work on my part.
