I cannot say enough about our experience with Creekview. As soon as the phone was answered, I knew we had made the right choice. We were visiting from out of town, and had taken our dog on a walk which she is very familiar with, as she has taken it many times before. We are originally from Buffalo and were staying with family. On this particular walk she jumped in the water as she loves to do, this time though she came out of the water screaming. Attached to her leg and nose were fishing hooks. We got her home and not having any vet in the area and it being a Saturday, started looking online. Thankfully we called Creekview, the woman who answered was so genuinely concerned and said, “ how fast can you get here?”. They were kind, caring and compassionate. I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave Happo! If there were more than 5 stars available, I’d give them! Recommending them to all my fur loving friends and family!!

The staff at reception were courteous. The Vet tech was patient and attentive. Dr.K is just awesome. Her knowledge, compassion and care made me very comfortable knowing my service dog is well taken care of. The compassion and patience of the entire staff is comforting knowing my dog is in great hands.

Everything . Excellent staff and Dr K was super patient , kind , friendly and very informative !! We really appreciated The love and care shown to my pet and family when we walked in . There was good energy from start to finish . We did not feel like a bother even though our puppy needed a lot at the time . I wish we knew about this place sooner so we would have never gone any where else for our family pets . Thank you for making this a great experience !!!

You saved my Precious Sappho Tatiana's life! She didn't look like she was going to make it. You took us right in even without an appointment. You all listened to me and made her and I feel very comfortable in your office/waiting room and exam room. She's very healthy again Thanks to You All at Creekview! What Great People you all are. You even gave me an alternative bill to the original because it was so expensive just so I could still meet her needs. Thanks Creekview! You understood how sick she was and took her in right away.

This place is highway robbery. I signed for x-rays (5) at a cost of $502.70 but never knew that when I signed, that includes Radiology set up, Storage, and Radiologist consultation for $288.86. On my next visit to this office, she never showed me one x-ray. Paid close to $800 for nothing. I'll never take my dog back to this place. Be careful of what you sign and what you are being charged for. My total bill was $1870.17 with a follow up visit which was not included in this cost. So they got another $100 something out of me. Never again!!!

took the time to talk me through options for my Puppy and showed me your care about my questions. Dr took the time to get to know my puppy and let her take the time she needed to get to know him before just jumping into giving her shots! Taking the time and effort into getting to know my needs as well as my puppies needs. Showed care and interest in her health and well being. IT wasn't just about getting shots and leaving, it was about everything I can do to help my puppy be healthy and have a good life!
