As a Daddy to a fur baby having there first visit, I was impressed the front office staff was very nice and friendly. The Doctor was great she took her time and explained and answered everything. I also like that we were given estimates up front so we could make great decisions.

Going to the vet is one of the most stressful things for my pup, the whole team here is so respectful of my dogs boundaries, and so knowledgeable and caring. My girl accidentally ate something she wasn’t supposed too and the vet assistant Hailey didn’t care how gross stayed with her the entire time she had to vomit, making sure to catch any vomit that might’ve spilled. Dr. Davis was fast, knowledgeable and respectful of our girls boundaries and made sure to not stress her out more than she gets! This is the first visit she has had in years that has been this positive! Can’t recommend this place enough ☺️

Juanita Bay is fantastic! The doctors perform thorough exams and give detailed answers to our various questions. The technicians are always incredibly warm and friendly toward our puppy, putting her right at ease even during vaccinations. We always have an easy time scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns over phone. We recently brought in our foster puppy as well and they were very sensitive and caring toward him, which was soothing for his nerves. Highly recommend!

I am writing this from their waiting room as they go above and beyond for my pet! My sweet senior cat gets monthly injections of medication and due to an inventory mix-up, it was discovered that they were out of the medication we had been waiting for when we arrived for our appointment. To remedy the situation, they are currently driving to the next-closest vet clinic to get the necessary medication from them for my sweet boy. Thank you so much for taking the best care of our pets!!!

Experienced, thoughtful, and patient. Dr. Smith is amazing. I have two rescue Terriers with anxiety, appointments can be a challenge, but the staff and Dr are always kind and welcoming. We consistently leave our appointments feeling well informed and taken care of.
