I gave BluePearl Kirkland a high score of ten because they provided hands-on personal care that was truly exceptional. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. From the moment we walked in, the staff at BluePearl made us feel welcome and reassured. The doctor and nurse were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the prognosis and findings in layman’s terms without any hint of irritation, even when I asked multiple questions. One of the standout aspects of BluePearl Kirkland is the range of specialists available. Having access to experts such as neurologists and oncologists under one roof is invaluable. They provided us with detailed instructions, ensuring we understood every step of the treatment process. Moreover, my dog felt comfortable and unafraid, which speaks volumes about the compassionate care provided. It’s significant when a vet has such a friendly and calming presence that even a sick dog willingly goes with them. I believe my dog sensed that they were there to help her and felt safe in their care. The combination of professional expertise, compassionate care, and clear communication makes BluePearl Kirkland a top-notch veterinary hospital. We couldn’t be more thrilled with Blue Pearl Kirkland! They have taken such excellent care of our fur baby, Jackson. Unfortunately, he had a 10-day stay with two major surgeries. EVERYONE was so genuinely kind and extremely caring. Their communication was absolutely fantastic. We received three calls a day with detailed updates. AND they would let us see him with ease. In fact, they encouraged it. They also dealt directly with our pet insurance which was so helpful and created less stress. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. You all are talented, compassionate, went above and beyond in addition to saving his life. We are beyond grateful to finally have him home.

I just want to say thank you to the overnight emergency staff, especially the emergency doctor for being so caring, helpful & patient with us. You gave us all of the options available & we appreciate that so much. Our poor baby was attacked by a bigger dog during his night walk. There was too much trauma & unfortunately he had to be euthanized. Thank you for working so quickly to make him comfortable during his last moments & giving us the time we needed to acclimate to the situation.

My dog Tilly was born with an ectopic ureter, and for the first 2 years of her life I had her in diapers with daily baths to clean her back end. After finally having enough money to afford the surgery, I made an appointment for a surgery consult with BluePearl. Every single staff member there was so amazing, compassionate and understanding. I felt informed every single step of the way and had complete peace of mind leaving her there for both the initial CT Scan and the surgery itself. They were very honest about the success rate of the surgery, and the potential outcomes and I greatly appreciated that. Thankfully, when the time came to pick her up, she was leak free!! She has been diaper free for 2 months now and I will always and forever say it was the BEST money I have ever spent, and that BluePearl is a fantastic clinic. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially the surgical department. They have completely changed Tilly’s life and mine and I am so grateful.
