We adopted our sweet boy, Grim, from Meow Cat Rescue a few weeks ago! Their staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and they take incredible care of their cats. In introducing us to cats that fit our lifestyle and home life, we found a cat that has integrated perfectly into our home and with our resident pets. I highly recommend adopting from this rescue!

They were so sweet and listened to what I have to offer a kitty. They found a perfect match for both me and my new kitty Luna. I took her home today and it was the best day of my life. The facility was clean and their cages were big, cozy, and they had lots of toys to play with. I express my gratitude for these amazing volunteers. Everyone there clearly loves cats.

My family and I adopted three cats from Meow a little over a month ago and we had a great experience adopting from them! All of the volunteers we spoke with were fantastic and clearly very passionate about finding homes for these animals! We were looking for cats that had experience with dogs and they pointed us to several different cats. Then we immediately found ones we couldn’t walk away from. The cats do really well with our dog overall. Two are very curious, one was initially fearful but he has warmed up to her a lot! Cole, Cecily, and Baxter(formerly Bexley, Chelsea, and still Baxter)are amazing and it’s hard to believe there was a time without them.

If you’re looking to adopt a cat in the Seattle area, you should 100% check out Meow! The volunteers are so helpful and take care to match you with cats that will fit into your lifestyle. You can tell the volunteers are all passionate about what they do and want the best for the animals. They also sent us home with so much information and resources about caring for our cat that we felt confident entering into pet parenthood. I will note that they seemed to have many more cats than were listed on their website, since they are getting new cats all the time. So I would just make an appointment rather than waiting to see the perfect cat online. Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had the best experience with Meow staff and volunteers during our adoption of Ralphie and Snickers. They gave us the information needed to make our decision quick and help these cats adjust in their new home. I appreciated how they clipped their nails and did a wellness review before we took them home. Thank you to the volunteer who makes the quilts for each adopted pet- our boys were comforted by the familiar smell the first week. The furry fellas are doing well. The staff told us Ralphie was sweet, but he was very shy and cautious. In the beginning he always let Snickers explore first. But now Ralphie rushes in front to explore new things or investigate the scary noise in the kitchen. They are healthy lads that are thriving in their new home. Thanks Meow team!
