I adopted my little (big) guy from MEOW in March 2024. I originally went in hoping to look at one specific cat I saw on the website and while she was adorable, they also recommended another cat for me to look at, and I immediately fell in love. I was shocked how well we gelled together. It was clear that the volunteers had taken my application and preferences into consideration. He's been the perfect companion for me, and the process of adoption was wonderful. They were flexible with my pickup time, and made sure I was set before I took him home. I cannot recommend them enough, it is clear they care a ton for the cats in their care, and I am beyond happy with my companion.

We brought home our sweet Momo (formerly “Twinkie”) about two months ago and had a fantastic time adopting from Meow. Everyone there seemed very focused on finding the “right” cat for each family and were very honest about potential shortcomings for every cat. Momo was quite shy at first which we were warned about but she’s quickly become the princess of our house and loves cuddles and attention now! They sent us home with some dry kibble, coupons for a few local pet stores, medical records, a small blanket, and a certificate for a physical exam accepted at most vets in Seattle. I felt super prepared to bring Momo home and highly recommend Meow for anyone looking to adopt. Thanks again for a great experience 😻

We adopted our sweet boy, Grim, from Meow Cat Rescue a few weeks ago! Their staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and they take incredible care of their cats. In introducing us to cats that fit our lifestyle and home life, we found a cat that has integrated perfectly into our home and with our resident pets. I highly recommend adopting from this rescue!

I decided to adopt another cat in June after losing one of an older, bonded pair in May. Meow knew I needed a little bit of an older cat for my mellow 11 year old resident cat and suggested 3 year old Doja cat (now Lucy) might be a good fit, so I went in and met her and fell in love! I was wanting to be patient for the right cat and decided to think about it a bit, but 24 hours after meeting her I knew I had to go back and get her. They knew her needs so well and made sure to send me home with her favorite bed and some chicken treats. It was very obvious that the volunteers knew all of the cats personalities and needs super well! They definitely want to send you home with the right personality fit. Now that Lucy is settled in, her personality is shining. She is super sweet and playful and fits right in. I'm so glad to have her!

They were so sweet and listened to what I have to offer a kitty. They found a perfect match for both me and my new kitty Luna. I took her home today and it was the best day of my life. The facility was clean and their cages were big, cozy, and they had lots of toys to play with. I express my gratitude for these amazing volunteers. Everyone there clearly loves cats.

My family and I adopted three cats from Meow a little over a month ago and we had a great experience adopting from them! All of the volunteers we spoke with were fantastic and clearly very passionate about finding homes for these animals! We were looking for cats that had experience with dogs and they pointed us to several different cats. Then we immediately found ones we couldn’t walk away from. The cats do really well with our dog overall. Two are very curious, one was initially fearful but he has warmed up to her a lot! Cole, Cecily, and Baxter(formerly Bexley, Chelsea, and still Baxter)are amazing and it’s hard to believe there was a time without them.
