I can't recommend this place enough. My hedgehog Sammy unexpectedly had some health issues, and I was able to get a next day appointment here. The level of care and compassion for my pet and myself went way beyond what I expected. I wish I could bring my cats here, too! The cost was surprisingly very affordable too. My hedgie had several different tests done and even some imaging. I left with 3 different medications for him, and it was only about $400!!! We have a follow-up exam in 2 weeks and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you all so much for helping my Sammy get better!!

Genuinely the sweetest people who love and care about your pet just as much as you. I had a hard time finding a reptile vet for my red eyed croc skink, beanie. Luckily they had an opening so I could get her eyes checked out and solve the problem. She was the talk of the town, they're such amazing and beautiful pets. After they loaded me up with information and sent me home with the proper medication, we started Beanies healing process, a few weeks after I noticed something off with her mouth and they said they were able to see her the following day. Unfortunately, beanie did end up passing before her check up appointment. I informed them and they so graciously sent me a loving card signed by everyone who works there. They genuinely care about your pets health no matter how tiny or old. Beanie would've been six this year and it's good to know that she isn't just missed by me and my boyfriend. Rest in piece, beanie ❤️

EDIT: The owners response is blatantly false. The receptionist did NOT, in any way, explain that the injections were normally done by techs, there were no technicians available for the visit and it'd have to be with a vet. All she said when I called to change the plan of action for my appointment was, "yeah we can do that, no problem." Have some integrity and own your mistakes instead of trying to divert the blame. Be REALLY careful with this place and make sure you ask specific questions about everything price wise. I was confused about why some visits I was getting charged $45 and some visits it was $80. (The "visits" were them giving my super petite, 1 1/2lb ferret a lupron injection). Apparently, it was because the "doctor" gave my ferret the shot the times the times I was charged $80. There wasn't any additional exam or anything, literally the only difference was the credentials of who poked my ferret. Note: I was NEVER informed about the difference, or given an option on who I was scheduling with. It's unfortunate, because I did like this place otherwise. But as someone who doesn't have a ton of money to throw around, it's important to me that my vet office is transparent and informs me about prices differences so I'm aware of my options. It's not just about the $40; it's about the principle. I'm wildly disappointed (and Ziva is too now that we'll have to travel further for a different exotic vet. )

Everyone there is amazing. We know our hamsters are in good hands. last April we have lost one of our beloved three hammies. Doctors and staff were so compassionate and supportive. We even received a condolences card from everyone there. Thank you for understanding how much “Stroganoff” meant to us and how we were impacted by his passing.

Our cockatoo has been very ill. Tried two other places that I would not recommend, then we found Evergreen! What an amazing difference. Friendly and compassionate staff and wonderful, knowledgeable veterinarians who actually don't talk down to you. We really felt like our bird was well taken care of. As far as cost, compared to the other places , it was as reasonably priced as we have found.
