I have NEVER had a bad experience with this vet. absolutely the most informed and personable that I have found she spent probably 45 minutes at least with me she went through each and everything so thoroughly made my dog Comfortable and I just cannot say enough good stuff about her and her stats I live where I had a vet that was just up the street from me but even with calling with A semi Emergency it would be weeks before I could get in or I would have to pay $250 and that's not for same-day appointment that's for an appointment and I would have to leave my dog all day so I would not be there when they examined him or went through what was wrong so I am absolutely thrilled that I found her again . when I first moved to Hot Springs 20 years ago, she had just started her practice and she took care of our dogs. She even came to our house. I moved away so to speak. I have a huge dog I'm 20 years older, which put me put me in my 70s, and it was hard for me to travel, but I would go to her from now on if I had to pay someone to help me get my dog there I think she is absolutely awesome and anyone who thinks different needs to check with some of these other vets around here because I've had my dog, he has three years old and I have had him to five vets suffice I will never use anyone else as long as she is here 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place deserves every low rating and to be shut down. Unfriendly and rude to people. Just imagine how they treat your dog behind closed doors. Wait I don’t have to imagine because I saw it first hand. If you decide to have your dog stay the night with these people just know once they close at 530 that’s the last time your pet will see someone till the next morning. Maybe if you had someone to check on the dogs later at night the vet techs that get there in the morning wouldn’t have to scream and cuss at the animals that had accidents in the kennels. You better hope and pray they have your pets chart right in front of them when you decide to come in or they’ll just simply claim they don’t have any record of your dog and insist I’m in the wrong place. Even though I dropped the dog off with you and you’ve been calling/texting me about my upcoming appointment for a week now. My dog was forced to sleep in a crate he messed in because these “techs” are too lazy to come in after 530 to check on your animals that they voluntarily took in to care for. But don’t you worry they’ll give you your pet back once they argue amongst themselves about if they have your pet or not. You’ll get your pet back covered in pee and other substances and when asked about it. It’s the animals fault. Stay away from this place. The good reviews are just people that work here on burner accounts you can tell from the profiles and how each good review is scary close to the same wording.

We leave our dogs here when we go on a long vacation. They are always great with communication and welcome our us and our dogs with smiling faces. They are always very helpful with getting our dogs situated and always have detailed reports of how they did while we were away.

Love this vet and her workers. They have cared for 7 of my dogs, stayed all day on a Saturday for an emergency surgery, spent over an hour after hours to bring a raging temperature down, showed me how to give shots at home to lower her temp. Always calls to check on the pups after surgeries and any problems. Went to my sister's house to euthanize her elderly GSD. Always straight up with prognosis, explains everything. Very compassionate when I have to let one go. I won't go anywhere else.

Horrible communication. Took our little frenchton in with a stomach issue. They came out to the desk and asked for our dog. They took the dog and headed to the back. My wife was about to sit down when they told her she would have to leave our pet. After a few hour the vet tech called and said they needed to keep our pet overnight. At this point we have not heard from the actual vet. Next morning my wife called and vet tech wouldn't give us any information. Again at 1pm my wife called and again only got the tech. Was finally told that at least our pet was doing better. Finally at 4:45 (They close at 5:30) The vet called to say we can come pick up our pet. This was the first time we actually spoke to the vet. My wife rushed to the clinic. They handed her our pet with dried up poop all over the dogs butt and legs. $495.00 for the worst veterinary experience ever.

Very good experience. I thought My Rat terrier was having a stroke. I talked to Dr Deary at 11.30pm on a Friday night. She told Me what to do for Him. She knew that it was vestibular disease. She calmed Me down and was so understanding. I would highly recommend them
