Lady at the front desk is pretty rude! I was asked if I was an existing client, I a said “I wasn’t but it was an emergency!!” Just when I was going to try to explain what was going on with my dog, she interrupted me said that they don’t accept new clients, then she literally hung up the phone on me!! Very rude and unprofessional!! I NEVER write reviews, but this upset me enough to make it the first!!!

This is one of the most important places that you can take your loved one, your pet, the Pet Clinic is phenomenal! I've had the best experiences there and learned much about my pet. And let me state that they treat your loved one like if it were theirs. The personalities working at the pet clinic, care for not just the pets but for owner as well. They are more than reasonably priced. I have been going to the vet clinic for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The photo is of my baby, Zoe.

Not our usual vet, but came here because of a friend who gave me a stray and began her care at this place. Not a bad experience the first time but it appears the front desk staff can be quite rude at times, and she suggested I “couldn’t handle” filling out paper work after some confusion on the appointment. Definitely going back to our usual vet.
