I'm a frequent customer of this place. They have just about everything you need for your pets. You even get points with every purchase you make. All you have to do is give them your phone number and they will keep a tally on everything you buy. A great way to save money on your next purchase. The employees are always willing to help you find whatever you need. I give PetSmart two thumbs up 👍👍

Took my Golden doodle on Friday 2/9 to get groomed and one lady with dark hair didn’t get her name denied her and said they couldn’t do her because she had mats. She wasn’t even matter bad just in spots she was not nice and said sorry go to a vet we can’t do it here. Took her over to Pet Co no problem they took her and was very nice so I will never recommend Pet smart. If I could give negative I would!!

While visiting Hot Springs, my family and I stopped at the Pet Smart. We were traveling and needed to get cat food for our six cats cats we had left at home for two days. Pet Smart had a good selection of cat foods. We made our selections and checked out. Some items were on sale to our surprise. We were thanked for coming and were asked to return. We made it back to Louisiana and fed our cats. The cats loved the variety of food we had selected.

I had a fun time looking at all the different animals and accessories. We asked the cashier for low cost spay/ neuter voucher. She gave us 2, recommended a veterinarian, gave us all the details and was a very pleasant lady. Pet prices were fair, however the accessories were not affordable for my income, and that's a shame because they were very cool and interesting.
