Me and my husband moved here with our 3 pitbull babies and I took my Koda to get spayed . I was so upset to find that Koda would have to stay overnight. She was 3 years old and had never slept without one of us . I was in tears and Ms Kelly pushed her surgery to the front and kept her long enough to be sure she was ok to leave and she called me to come get her the same day at 12. I absolutely love her and her team

If I could give them negative stars I would !!!! I absolutely do not recommend Kelly’s veterinary they are a horrible vet. I brought my dog/Golden Doodle in to get spayed - she was a healthy 2 year old Doodle, I called and checked on her they said she was In recovery and I could come get her, when I picked her up she came walking out with her tail not wagging and looked really sad. I just assumed she was drowsy from the surgery but I had to help her in the car and carry her to the couch when I got home. With in 4 hours of being home she died in front of my kids and everything a very tragic death. I tried calling them when she started acting weird and breathing heavy they do not have an on call they refer you to a vet in Little Rock so I called them they told me that this was not normal and to bring her in before we could leave the house she died. I messaged them to call me and told them what happened they didn’t even have the decency to call me they would only message me on messenger. I had asked other vets and they said what happened to Harper was not normal and should have never happened. It’s a horrible tragedy and I know it won’t bring her back but the right thing would have been to call me and the second thing would have been to refund me the money for the surgery I paid for that killed our family dog. I will never recommend them and I will make sure this doesn’t happen to another dog

All the vet techs are very friendly and helpful. Dr Kelly is a terrific vet! Their's prices are very reasonable. We have seven dogs and we took them all in at one time for shots and it was a breeze. Update: We now have 8 dogs. Made an appointment to get heartworm checks and shots a little over 2 weeks ahead of time. I get a call the morning of the appointment and they ran out of the meds. I had to reschedule for the next week and redo my schedule. It's not like I didn't have an appointment and decided to just drop in. Pretty disappointed.

Wonderful staff. I have young cat and scheduled to have him come in for his first shots. The staff and Doctor were great. I'm going in for second time and the staff was great to let me know when I could walk in with Ghost so I could have an eye infection checked. They are busy but for good reason they do excellent care and love your pets.

The best vets in Hot Springs! Had a great introduction when we got our first dog, as they took care of all her needs when she was fresh off the streets. Kelly's really solidified their standing with me when we adopted a puppy last week that came home and gave our other dog kennel cough. They saw all THREE of our pets the very next morning during a walk-in appointment period, and I still made it out for under $200, even with the first visitation fee for the puppy. 10/10 always friendly, helpful, and SUPER professional and experienced. Love them.
