I’ve been taking my dog to Southern Paws for a little over a year now and they have been nothing but amazing! She is always so excited to go and they send me so many pictures of her playing during her stay! She also gets a great bath before I pick her up and always looks beautiful! I would highly recommend them!
Doesn't look like much from the outside but my Ladybug had a blast there for 2 weeks! She was well treated, had lots of play time with the other pets, and I got pics every day. I will use them again and highly recommend!
We recently used Southern Paws for a last minute trip that happened to be during spring break. We have never boarded our Leo so we were already nervous with it being so rushed. We only needed one night and we're so thankful they got him in. The instructions that were emailed to me were so clear on what was required and made checking in a breeze. The girls who were at the desk were very friendly. I had read that they send pictures but didn't expect them since it was such a short stay. I got two sets of pictures of my baby playing outside with the other dogs duringhis stay. I loved receiving them. He was happy when we picked him up. I would highly recommend Southern Paw and we will be using them in the future.
Tram truly loves animals. She and her staff will take great care of your pets.
We love Southern Paws to board our dogs. They are always so friendly and send us pictures everyday of our babies. Any question that I have, they answer immediately and take such good care of our dogs.
I was charged an extra $10 fee for a Sunday pickup even though it wasn't stated in my contract. Never informed by phone when I made the reservation or when I dropped my dog off. After reviewing my contract I asked for a refund of the extra charge and was told they couldn't because then they would have to refund everyone and that it was stated on the website. My dog's bedding smelled like urine and Hannah said they couldn't go out because it was raining. Asked for the owner, Tram, to call me but instead she bashed me on social media Tuesday at 9pm. According to social media this has been going on for years. A simple "you're right, it's not in the contract, we will refund the $10 and correct our contract for the future" would have been nice. Today is Thursday and I still haven't heard from Tram and don't want to. At this point I am very concerned about how my pet was taken care of.
