Not only does this woman not pay attention in her veterinary practice she neglects and abused her own Arabian horses! How disgusting of an individual can you be!? I’m so glad I listened to my gut after being our animal to you ONCE! You’re a disgusting excuse of a person and everyone working under you that knows you treat your animals this way is just as disgusting!!!!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!

We really like the staff and the service they have been very good to our animals.. however it does upset me a bit that we pay 3000 for a surgery and our pup is sent home with exposed stitches and no cone for her I would think a tiny piece of plastic for a tiny little dog wouldn't be to much.. but we needed to put out more money for one !! Just don't make sense to me again we do appreciate how great the services are and the people are very kind

On my puppy’s first visit for shots I waited in my vehicle the tech that let me in after I passed her realize she did not have a mask I saw her in passing, still no mask. The tech that came in to weigh my puppy did not have a mask I asked her where was he mask and she said, “oh yeah”, she left and returned with one. That bothered me because I was in the room with the doctor who was masked and then the young lady who eventually masked and I was very close to them. A month later I received a notice of his next check up the next day. I called and asked what was your Covid-19 policy. She explain the waiting in the car and they called you in. I asked her what was their policy for a mask. She stated mask was not required. Their exam rooms are very small. I asked to speak with the owner who was not there I asked for the manager. The employee came back and said the manager was busy and per the manager masks were not required. I stated my concerns of being in close contact unmasked and laughing loudly over my puppy right up in their face, etc. She proceeded to tell me that if I wasn’t happy with that then I COULD JUST FIND ANOTHER VET. I found ANOTHER vet. The employee was rude and all answers showed they had total disregard for my pet’s health and mine as well. Even if animals can’t transmit COVID-19 to people I can still be infected. They are still sending reminders that I have an appointment with them and risk my health during this pandemic. They showed total disregard for our health. I will never used them again. DO NO HARM.

I have been going to Dr. Gideon for 30 years now, ever since she opened her door. I would not take my furry family members anywhere else. She is down to earth, kind, and compassionate. She is always up to date on the latest technologies and equipment. Her staff go above and beyond in giving premier customer service.
