My experience with this company has been awesome! Tyler is quick to respond and very professional demeanor along with affordable pricing! He has done a few things for me so far and I am going to continue to use Home Rescue for all my “handyman” needs! So pleased. Unfortunately when requesting follow up information -- I could not get a response! No insurance information provided and no documentation for follow up with my HOA.

We called Tyler and scheduled an appt for him to quote us a price on some work to be done on our home but he never showed up nor called to reschedule. We called him the following day and he answered his phone without stating his name or the business. It was just a "hello" so my husband asked, "Hey, who am I speaking with"? and the response he got back was "You called me"! My husband explained that we scheduled an appt and maybe he got busy and couldn't make it so we're wondering if we could reschedule. He (Tyler) hung up on my husband! We honestly thought maybe it was an accident that he hung up so we called back. The guy sends my husband to voicemail and a text saying he would call us back later! Really???? Don't bother buddy!! We rather do business with professional people!✌

Not professional at all. Tried to make an appointment and got "who is this"? Told him what I needed and got the run around. Never made an appointment due to the lack of professionalism.

Tyler came to my house to see the project I wanted him to do.He never got back to me with a quote won’t return my text messages or phone calls very unprofessional I finally got in touch with him with a different phone he gave me an excuse that his phone was not charged so I told him ok just get me a quote still no quote and won’t answer phone I would definitely not use this service
