Description Saving Great Animals is a highly active non-profit all-breed dog rescue and adoption service. We rank to be one of the most trusted organizations where our focus is on matching the right dog to the right home. We have rescued and homed more than 8500 and work to provide personal service to help you find your new family member and provide ongoing training, counsel, toolkits, and fun gatherings for adopters. Such a thoughtful dog rescue. This is a foster-based rescue (no brick and mortar shelter) that really focuses on matching dogs with people. They are the best to foster for too!! I highly recommend fostering.

Incredible organization! I loved that because they foster dogs versus a traditional shelter I was able to ask in depth questions about my dog when adopting him. Amo is the best dog I ever had and we’ll have been together 10 years this April (2023). If you’re looking for a dog I can’t recommend Saving Great Animals enough!

Great place if you're looking to rescue a dog. They will let you potentially meet the dog and if you think it is a good fit will let you have a trial period to see if the dog will mesh into your daily lifestyle. Attached is our rescue, formerly JuJu now Goose (brown) with older dog Maverick

Adopted a puppy and had a great experience. This was our first dog and they made the process easy to navigate, and made you feel like they genuinely care about the welfare of your dog, and that it’s a good fit for you and your household. I would absolutely use them again and always recommend them to friends!
