Super disappointed with the organization. We were told our dog had an “inappropriate” method of training (in the past) that is not compatible to “Pet Partner’s policies”. It was reported from an anonymous compliant who mentioned negatively about the business we used to train our dog when he was young and their method of teaching. They need to understand each dog are different, they respond differently to trainings. Certain method will work for some, but not for others. It’s not one for all. We had good relationships with our volunteer sites and people we visited. It was someone who simply scooping through social media and reported against us for kind of training we used in the PAST. We strictly followed Pet Partner’s policies when we volunteer CURRENTLY. None of past trainings or actions being used during our volunteering time. We feel the treatment from Pet Partners was unfair and discriminated solely based on previous method of training. We are no longer representing for Pet Partners. Don’t let them take down you and your pets’ sense of pride and professionalism.

Pet Partners (previously the Delta Society), once a trusted ally, has proven itself to be an unscrupulous organization. Their actions demonstrate a complete disregard for fairness, professionalism, and basic human decency. Let me recount the incident that led to this scathing review. Background: The Anonymous Complaint We were blindsided by an anonymous complaint filed against us. The complaint alleged various wrongdoings, but its sole purpose was to inflict personal and professional harm. Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, Pet Partners chose to accept this baseless accusation at face value. Their lack of due diligence is appalling. The Betrayal: Ignoring Evidence and Trusting Shadows Pet Partners, in their haste to appease the phantom accuser, overlooked crucial facts. They failed to consider our impeccable track record, our commitment to animal welfare, and the absence of any prior complaints. Instead, they chose to believe an unsubstantiated claim, casting aside years of trust and collaboration. Conclusion: A Company Unworthy of Trust Pet Partners’ blind allegiance to an anonymous voice reveals their true colors. They prioritize hearsay over evidence, forsaking loyal partners for the sake of expediency. As a result, we’ve severed ties with them permanently. We urge others to think twice before trusting Pet Partners. In summary, Pet Partners’ handling of this situation has left us wounded, both personally and professionally. We consulted a lawyer multiple times and it's their choice to believe false accusations over the truth and there is nothing to stop them from doing so. Their actions speak louder than any marketing campaign or glossy brochure. We’ll never forget their betrayal, and we hope others do too.

Love Pet Partners!!!! The staff is wonderful and very attentive to their clients! Have been with them for over 10 years and am thrilled with the program. I have seven llamas registered through them. Annie the President is very caring and hardworking. Can't say enough great things about them!

Wonderful organization, with resources and guides that helped me (and my pet partner, Baxter) throughout the testing and volunteer experience. The only downside (nothing to do with organization), was when my pet partner passed away, and the thought of starting over with a new partner.
