My pet Cream suddenly passed away. Although she was older, we were not quite ready to let her go. We are still grieving, and today, my kids cry their hearts out over the handwritten letter you sent. I am not sure how you knew Cream died, but I think it means that you have been periodically tracking and caring about the status of all the pets. I appreciate your thorough and compassionate management.

Our dog recently suffered a serious medical emergency resulting in hospitalization. It was a scary experience but Dr Androski made it all seem manageable as she talked us thru the potential scenarios and helped us make decisions about our dog's care. We felt informed and supported and appreciated her genuine concern for our dog. Though we'll need to manage her condition for the rest of her lifetime, our dog seems to have made a full recovery and we are very thankful for the care she received at AHOF.

I started taking both of my dogs here when I lived about five minutes away. Since then, I have moved almost 40 minutes away and still make the drive to bring them here. The trust I have in Dr. Androski & her team is precious and I thank them for taking great care of my furry kids. I do feel like the pricing is similar to other vets in the area and I have not had a hard time getting in to see them. As vet staffing is really challenging these days, it is nice to always see the same front office team and know that they must really like it there too! Thanks y'all.

So grateful for this facility! Taking on my bulldog last minute yesterday and providing us with the best care possible. As soon as they realized we need 24/7 care they set us up with a transfer to another facility and didn’t just leave us high and dry. They took it upon themselves to make sure we were set up for success in transferring our pup elsewhere. Dr. Melissa Yanik was amazing, she took the necessary test that gave us light of the situation. Her staff was also very helpful. Yes, the price was steep but it was expected being an urgent care visit and having a bulldog lol I’m sure we will be back for a check up soon

Despite having a full schedule of standing appointments, when our cat had a seizure, the AHOF team graciously swung into action and found a way to see her under emergency conditions. The care, love, and professionalism shown as they helped our kitty was readily apparent and certainly appreciated by me.

I’ve debated writing this review but it’s bothered me so much since it happened, here we are. On 11/29/23 we brought our cat in for a UTI visit. I will say the front desk staff are so nice and helpful and always squeeze us in, but I’m disappointed with the vet. We dropped our cat off in mid morning for a urgent care visit, and the front desk informed me the visit would be around $350 and they would call me if anything else was needed and would get approval from us before doing anything (this did not happen). We get a call in the afternoon, that the vet had concerns about our cats UTI and HAD ALREADY TAKEN X-RAYS and she didn’t find anything… instead of calling to ASK to take X-rays, she informed us she already took them and found nothing… I was in shock and confused that she did that, so that’s why we didn’t question it as they made it seem normal. After speaking with friends and family, they shouldn’t have done anything before asking us as it wasn’t an urgent situation and our cat was fine. We ended up paying over $900 for this visit and more than half the cost was for the X-rays, they didn’t get confirmation to do. We feel taken advantage of and won’t be returning for care.
