The staff here are very friendly and communicative. We had first brought our guinea pig, Gigi, in when we had concerns about minor bleeding. They had informed us of the issue and recommended she have surgery. We didn't have the money to get it done at the time, so we kept monitoring her at home until we did. Throughout that time, the staff would periodically call to check in on how Gigi was doing, and when we needed to change the date of the surgery, they were very cooperative and understanding. My daughter had called them again when her guinea pig started bleeding heavily and they were able to get her in the same day, even without an appointment. She was able to have her surgery the next day, and we thankfully had the funds this time. During Gigi's stay after her surgery, the doctor would frequently call us to keep us updated on her condition. Our only complaint is that when my daughter requested to see her piggy after surgery, she wasn't given permission to. She had asked multiple times every day that her piggy was there, but the doctor had told us that she was still groggy from the anesthesia so it wouldn't be a good time. We have a cat that had previously gotten surgery at another clinic and we were able to see him right afterwards, so we were disappointed that it couldn't be the same case this time. Unfortunately, our girl Gigi ended up not making it, and it still bothers us that we weren't able to see her, even for a little, the days leading up to her passing. We feel it would have given us more closure. Despite that, I would recommend this clinic, as the overall experience we had here was positive. Thank you for your time and effort, Avian and Exotic.

I came to this location to get care for my Chameleon. Upon entry I was greeted by every staff and they made me feel welcomed. I loved that they had birds just flying around. Every nurse and doctor that I came upon loved pascal and stopped to say hi. The doctor we saw was amazing, and I highly recommend taking your reptile babies to this location!

We have been clients of Dr Driggers for a very long time. He is hands down the best exotic vet we have ever met and are glad to have move back to area so he can provide medical care for our critters again. Cannot recommend him any higher!

My sweet diva, Camila, gave me the biggest scare when she developed tail rot on the tip of her tail. Dr. Navarro and the staff at this clinic were amazing through this whole ordeal from the first appointment, the amputation and to the last visit for her stitch removal. Everyone has been so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I never had any issues when I have reached out with questions and there was very minimal wait time for any of the visits. Before the procedure, I was provided with a clear estimate of the costs and possible costs which allowed me to be prepared financially. I will definitely be coming back again for Camila’s annual checkups and any other medical needs. Thank you so much to all of the wonderful staff for all that you do!

Really bad customer service. We got in a car accident, rolled 4 times, and had to cancel our pets appointment. There are many things that go into that type of accident that we had to cancel last minute. They demanded we pay the $50 fee per pet. Spoke to the manager and she still refused to waive because of the circumstances. We are long time customers. We will be moving our business elsewhere.
