The people that board the cats are loving, caring folks. I adopted a 1 year old cat after playing with her for ten minutes. We feel in love with each other, it was love at first site. I named her Princess Leah and we've been together for four weeks now. The adoption folks were wonderful to work with and the process on-line was simple and quick to complete.

I'm new to AZ. from CA. I moved here to be close to my mother who past away 2 months ago. As a previous pet owner I felt it was time to bring in an adult cat who wouldn't mind a calm home with no other cats, kids, and of course dogs as I live in an apartment. The companion of a cat will help me take the edge off of my loss. I searched through Desert Paws and found a perfect cat who I think would be a good for for both me an the cat so I filles out all the required forms along with the name of the beautiful feline. It has been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from anyone. Very disappointing experience.

I adopted a 4 month old kitten from Desert Paws and it was the easiest and convenient way possible. He is the sweetest kitten 😸 thanks again for a great experience 💖 I will definitely use your services again in the near future.

We adopted one of our rescues from Desert Paws three years ago. The entire staff is professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Do human beings work at this place during the week? Why is it impossible to talk to someone other than a chat robot during the week? One time I called and couldn’t even get a voicemail it just rang and rang….their is no prompt to speak to an operator, a real human….their must be someone watching over all these cats that can answer a phone? Or set up meeting? Some people attempting to adopt like us have the weekdays off and work weekends. (Sat is their only contact or respond to the public day apparently). Places like this causing huge barriers to adoption add one more big reason why their is an overburdened supply of cats 😔
