I have been working with this company for a few months now on a nightmare situation through my property manager and I would like to say that Justin, my technician and Susan in the office have been absolutely amazing. I hope the company values how great you guys are you guys are always on time you communicate very well, very friendly understanding and sympathetic to my situation especially since I have to deal with a third-party property management and they have been very kind and just on top of things every time.

I had tried another company for a little over a year. Initially, they were good. Then they not only started cutting corners, they also started raising their prices. More money for less quality service. Things needed to change. I investigated several other pest control companies and decided to go with Critter Getters. Best decision I ever made. The technician, Ashton Fitzgerald called ahead and arrived on time. He walked the entire property with me and identified the gopher activity. He was very professional and courteous. He set traps and returned on time to check the traps. I trust he will be able to get the gophers under control. I have used Critter Getters before and I would recommend this company to my neighbors.
