The owner of this franchise is a very nice lady. We were late for the dog's interview at the weekend and she still allowed us in and treated us in a respectful manner. We also liked the fact that the business is very transparent with the policy to allow owners to come inside and check where dogs play and stay overnight. They have plenty of options for day care and boarding with different prices and flexibility. Definitely recommend this place.

Very caring and knowledgeable staff. We felt welcomed the moment we walked in the door. They made my dog feel comfortable and safe. Everything was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed. We are going back tomorrow!

I recently had my dog boarding at this location and had a positive experience from scheduling to pick up. I also scheduled a bath and nail trim for which was done before pick up. My dog loved going in and I felt comfortable leaving him there knowing that I could check in on him with the online camera access. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We’ve been bringing Stanley in for several months now and the facilities are always clean and safe for dogs and humans. I like that I can see the dogs on camera right there in the lobby. Stanley loves the staff and gets so excited when he realizes where we are. Because of the staff at Camp Bow Wow Hillsboro I was able to reenter the workforce knowing Stanley was safe and happy and not at home crying and disturbing the neighbours. The staff always get excited when Stanley comes in and I’m so happy that we found this location.

The staff are so friendly and really care about the dogs they serve. We love coming here! I always know that my pup will be well cared for and her shenanigans will be lovingly corrected, while also allowing her to have fun and socialize. I love that I can check in on the cameras any time I want.

Highly recommend! Super accommodating. I like the calendar days where they have fun little events for my dog to do while there. He's always been skidding. Im happy he opening up and going to daycare without any issues. Also the cameras are so comforting I watch him to make sure he's having loads of fun. Not getting into trouble lol. If you are a worrier like me. I can't tell you enough how perfect a place this place is. Grooming is available as well and it's all really affordable! My boy Ferdinand 🥰
