Our one cat and 2 dogs have been to so many different Banfield clinics for the past 5 years. This location has been by far the BEST out of all the locations I have been to. First of all, Dr. Emily Fitch and all the other nurses they care so much and you can feel it. They took time to walk me through all the different approaches for my pets, listen to my concerns carefully, validate my worries and panic feelings (which happens so much when your pet is sick). Secondly, they don’t just let me sit and wait in the examining room for 40+ minutes (this happened in all the other locations before) while telling me to drop off my pet early. The nurses always try their best to come get them during drop offs. They treated my dogs like theirs and you could tell! My rescue dog was so scared the first time but now when she goes she gave them so many kisses! Last but not least, the client care specialist-August, who helps out clients at the front desk has been exceptionally PHENOMENAL!!! Hello!!!!! If anyone from the higher up of Banfield sees this. PLEASE!!!!! Let August trains the Client care team. Whatever he is doing, it works. The phone call is always being answered with efficiency and care. He remembers things about my pets well(schedule, health issues, doctor’s notes etc.), communicating with the medical team effectively, he always followed up if he said he would, and he knows how to support pet parents emotionally. He is a gem for this the client care team. I have lost counts on how many times I was so frustrated at the lack of communication in different locations. But August never let me down. Well this turned out to be a very long review. I even remember everyone’s names because I have been there so much and spent thousands on medical bills this past 2 months. I don’t typically leave such long review. But I truly appreciate everyone in this location.

I don't know if I am old fashioned, but an appointment time is an appointment time. We asked for an appointment, and they gave us 8:45 AM. Our dog just needed a booster shot, so we were assured it would only take a few minutes. We arrive that morning only to have them question why we were there so early, that the doctor doesn't even come in until 9:00 AM. "We can schedule you for 9:15" they said... What??

Just picked up our dogs flea meds. They were quick and helpful.

Called to try to talk to someone but was on hold for so long, I gave up. Never had this issue at any other Banfield.
