This is the go to Veterinarian Hospital if in need of an emergency.The Doctor's go above and beyond the call of duty. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this Veterinary clinic. Plus, I drove an hour and half to get there. Definitely put they're phone number in your contact list.

Do not take your animal here for an emergency if you can't get there til 5:30 to 6. You will be turned away, possibly very rudely. There so called nice staff will argue in front of you that you're pet will not be seen because they close in an hour. Will be rude to you for even having the idea of needing help for your pet when they are only 1 whole hour away from closing. Yes eye rolls and all, after being openly argued over by the staff of which you come to realize neither have any intentions of having your pet seen or concerned of your pets condition. Then seem rudely frustrated when you give up and say nevermind. This happened to my daughter today. I will never use an animal hospital that cares so little about the customers and pets they should be serving. There's a right way and wrong way to handle every situation. My daughter is having to take her injured pet home without care and was turned away in the most disrespectful, rude and cold hearted manner. Sorry her cat's injury was such an inconvenience to your staff. But they could be respectful.

We love these people! They have saved 2 of our pets, and just go out of their way to answer any and all questions. I really can't say enough about how much they took away my stress and we just brought home one of our babies that we were certain was going to be put down. They are AMAZING!

There are some of the most wonderful people working here. Always nice, Dr Buff is such a great vet, takes his time with my new baby Chihuahua Olive. If he doesn't know he looks it up or makes calls. My baby has Hydrocephalus & almost completely blind 😢. I can't take her to the Greenville Animal Hospital, for her condition, it said on line it would be $5000-$10000. It would consist of putting a tube in her head to drain the fluid to her stomach. I have to give her 10mg of omnepresol everyday. Her mood is strange but I love her so much & as long as I have Dr Buff I'll take it one day at a time. Thank you, Dr Buff & all the great people at Eastside Animal Hospital.💕🐕🐾

Dr.Buff is a wonderful vet and thoroughly educates his patient's owners and he is a honest person. We have used him twice and both times we are extremely satisfied with his knowledge and education. My only complaint is the girl Jess who works at the front occasionally. She is not people friendly, does not listen and seems irritated that you stopped her from being on her phone. Maybe keep her in the back away from people.

I am appalled. I took a cat I had found on the side of the road there with the intention of keeping it. They told me it was an 8 yo female, and there was no way of seeing if she was fixed or not. I was also told she was good to introduce to my other cats. Come to find out, she had worms and fleas. And now 5 months later, after scheduling an appointment to have her fixed, Animal Allies found not only a tattoo that my cat had been fixed, but male genitalia. He's also aged at 2 years old, not 8. How can a vet not tell the gender of a cat, the age, or that it had worms and fleas? I also waited over 4 hrs when I came in, but I was a walk-in so who knows.
