Wonderful staff and facility. We dropped our dog and cat off for an extended overnight stay and they seemed like they had a great experience. They both came back happy and clean! We got daily updates and photos. You can tell that the staff genuinely care for our pets. Highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future for overnights and daycare.

I have no doubt our pup has the best time at Pets Favorite Play Place when we are out of town. The staff are all extremely friendly and genuinely excited to greet our puppy when we enter. I received multiple texts with pictures throughout her stays letting me know she’s having a grand time and is well taken care of.

I cannot say enough great things about this place - or the people there! It is local veterinarian owned, and it is obvious how much everyone who works there loves their clients and their job! I don't know if they are more excited to see Lilly Belle, or if she is more excited to see them when we walk through the door. If you want somewhere that takes care of your pet and treats them like family while in their care, look no further! We are so happy to have this wonderful facility in Spartanburg! Lilly Belle cannot wait to make use of their private dog park!

This is truly my dog's favorite play place. We tried a few other local doggie day care and boarding options but this is by far her favorite. She's excited to go and is so happy at the end of the day. And bonus, they usually are able to capture a few pictures throughout the day to share in the evening. Also they have a vet onsite a few days to handle basic care and wellness needs. And they are careful to keep the play area and kennels clean and sanitized (and they are happy to show you around). AND, the staff truly loves being with animals. I usually hear funny stories about the day or friends my furbaby played with.

Stop by to inquire about daycare. Talked with Donna, very nice person. Was told I would need an evaluation got a call the next day. To bring her in at 1:30 Thursday to be evaluated. When I arrived a staff member took her, and told me I could pick her up between 5 & 6:30, I came in a little after 5. Was told that she did great. Then the next day,Friday I was told I owed 35 dollars for a day of daycare. If I was going to be charged for a day, why was I told be there at 1:30 for an evaluation, why not that morning. Very misleading company.

Very nice staff, they gave us a tour while we dropped off our dog and played with her one on one. My dog is not the best dog when it comes to being boarded but she did very good here according to staff. I didn’t get any pictures like I requested however it was Easter weekend so I’m sure that was stressful.
