We love Banfield! We always receive great instructions on care for our fur-family! They are always accommodating and keep us in the loop if we drop off our fur baby. The doctors and staff are always so kind and always so happy to see our animals!!! Like they actually really like them! 😆 🤣 We have a Jack Russell and crazy kittens! It can be a lot sometimes and then there is us. But, to them, they always act so happy to see us. We have been "elsewhere" and it is a waste of money. Banfield is where it is at!

Very traumatic experience! My sister in law had a fur baby for almost 19 years!!! She had to put him “to sleep” due to his deteriorating condition. The dog was a childhood pet bought for her daughter 19 years ago. I wanted to pay for the private cremation service which came with a nose print, foot prints, clipping of hair and of course, the ashes.. we get a call today right before they were to close that he was ready to be picked up. Once my niece got there and picked up his remains, she noticed there was only the ashes and the clippings of hair. She was hysterically upset when she realized the paw prints and nose print was not there! My sister in law then called to see if maybe it was just not in the box or what the issue was. The lady at Banfield said that she would reach out to the crematory who does provides the service. However, my sister in law went ahead looked them up and contacted them just for them to tell us it is Banfields job to include that as an instruction. And they failed to do so. So therefore, we paid for a service we did not get and this unacceptable! The only reason I paid for the package I did was for the benefits! TERRIBLE!!!!! SPEND YOUR $506.22 SOMEWHERE WORTH IT AND TAKES THEIR TIME FILING OUT PAPERWORK AND TAKING YOUR MONEY, FEELINGS AND WANTS INTO CONSIDERATION!!!!!!!

We've had many wonderful experiences at this Spartanburg Banfield location. The two Dr's here are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my cat Baby & my dog Sabrina. A million thanks to the entire staff for being so caring & making the visits & medication refills so easy. This is the best Banfield we've ever been to, absolutely exceptional staff & doctors.

I am very cautious about who I have take care of my baby and how the staff responds with their care. My Riley is a service dog for my son who has ADHD, so only the best will do for him as he is just like family not a dog. I can't say enough of how thankful I am with their services and how considerate the staff is. Even during this difficult time of a pandemic service and safety is always their priority for pet families. Riley's smile says it all!

My long-time patient of Several years ... my kitty, Shadowmere, ... has been Dr. George's 'issue' mainly. Though other Fine doctors have handled my Shad's problems Very Well, when Dr. George was away. Shadowmere is a 'special needs' kitty, on regular, daily medication for 'life'. She's checked twice yearly, and is on the Wellness Program offered by Banfeild Pet Hospital. It has been Well Worth it's price!! It's easy to afford, and still not really expensive. I have low monthly payments for it sent right from my checking account. My bank statement reflects every one. Being 64, it's easy to keep up with. Shad has had Many Scary health problems thru the years. She is my Little Rock, and my Little Girl. All I have left that meant So Much to my late husband and me. When she needs help, these FINE People Here Know What To Do when she, or Any Needy Baby, Comes In!!! She's back, Now. After a 2 week treatment on a Lot of antibiotics, for a third urinary infection issue in 3 years. She's Terrific!!! And sleeping by my side. With her 'cuddle bunny'. God Bless Every One at Banfeild.
