Always treated respectfully buy their friendly caring staff. They all truly love your your pet and love on them too!😇 Dr. Haymore has a plethora of knowledge. While he gently examines your fur baby he constantly gives them calm, encouraging words. He takes the time to listen to all of your questions and makes sure you understand his answers. Bonus, Dr. Haymore always provides little tips or suggestions about any little issues you have and those are free 😇 THANK YOU ❤️🐾❤️

Dr. Packard was very kind and helpful! We were referred by a neighbor who spoke highly of her. She and her staff were very good with our dog, facility was very clean and welcoming. Update: We have since been there with our other dogs, and they are so thorough. Dr Haymore and Dr. Packard have been able to diagnose things our previous vet clinic had missed in recent years. Also all of the staff we have met have been very helpful and professional. So thankful to have found a good clinic so close to my home in Oak Ridge!

Dr. Packard and Bel - Aire Vet have been providing my dogs with exceptional healthcare for 20+ years. They address my concerns with priority and are expeditious in getting us on the calendar. Dr. Packard is extremely knowledgeable and her and her staff treat my babies with compassion. The level of service from all of the staff is consistently top notch! Dr.HayMore is great. His staff is wonderful. The front desk is an amazing ❤️I thank them for always letting me know when I can come in when I’m having an issue with my puppies. The only thing that I can say about this place is that I felt very uncomfortable With one of the front desk clerks, she was very unapproachable and she had her nose turned up,,, looked to me as though she was prejudice towards me and my bully puppies she told the Tech that I was rushing to be seen ,,, AND that was a LIE!!!!!!. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Everyone else it’s a win-win, but she makes the company look bad!!!! I wonder what happened to the afro-American girl that was working there she was really sweet. I really liked her. I wonder what happened?????

Dr. Haymore is definitely the best vet I have ever dealt with. If there is a problem, he’s a straight shooter and direct. He lets you know what’s going on and has a POA to get your pet on the right path to getting better. So glad we found Bel Aire and were paired with Dr Haymore. Also have to give a shout out to Ashley. Her and Dr Haymore make a great team. However, I never would have went with Bel Aire when I was searching for a new vet if it were for Carlea. She took my call, listened to my issue and cared. For those reasons, I would recommend Bel Aire to any and everyone!

We love the staff!! Front desk is always so welcoming and polite! We love Kayleigh! We also couldn't ask for a better vet tech than Ashley or a better vet than Brandon!! Our Willow Grae deserves the best care and she definitely gets it here!
