Description We are a nonprofit cat rescue sanctuary. We house adoptable rescue cats until they find forever homes. Cat lounge visits are donation based, and we use the proceeds to provide a safe space for our rescue cats. We highly encourage online reservations for cat lounge visits, especially on weekends. We gladly welcome children ages 5+ who are accompanied by an adult for cat lounge visits. Our plant-based cafe has a variety of coffee, teas, drinks and snacks. All food and drink is allowed in the cat lounge. Our cafe is open to the public to grab something to go.
You have to pay $7 for 30 minutes or $11 for an hour but all the money goes to the cats. The owner/girl working there is super nice and knowledgeable about the cats there. The cats there are also very friendly and playful and the environment is overall really relaxing. I definitely enjoyed my experience at this Cat Cafe and I will be coming back 😁
I visited the Greensboro location with my boyfriend, we had a wonderful time! The staff was super friendly and you could tell they loved the cats! The cats were super adorable and playful!
Mainer here! I visited the Crooked Tail Cat Cafe while down in the area visiting a friend. Being out of town and away from my own fur babies, when I saw the sign for a cat cafe while walking Greensboro, I had to stop. The check in process takes all precautions for the kitties inside into consideration, assuring visitors clean their shoes and sanitize their hands before entry. We had plenty of time to adore each cat resident, play with them, and browse the cafe. Highly recommend and wish I could have adopted all of them <3
This experience was exactly what my family needed. Each feline had an unique catititude to match my family dynamics. I highly recommend this Cafe to all who are looking for a one of a kind experience. Each cat/kitten was delightful. They appeared happy, loved, and well taken care of. The staff was attentive and personable. Very pleasant experience. We will go back again.
$7 cost to get in per person. You can book for 30 mins or an hour. 30 mins is enough time honestly. A lot of these cats are very accustomed to humans and kind of overstimulated so don’t expect them to be super cuddly like your cat at home. Not necessarily a complaint, but just so you know what to expect.
I had high hopes for this place, especially since it was my first time visiting a cat cafe and my boyfriend and I love cats. However, the staff's behavior significantly ruined the whole experience. They were yelling at guests due to a misunderstanding about a cat, creating an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff's negative attitude, possibly influenced by the approaching closing time I assume, made it hard to enjoy interacting with the cats, as she was watching us like a hawk. Unfortunately, I wouldn't consider returning to this cat cafe.
