The next day after, they ripped me off. See my other review for details. I took her out to do her business and notice she was straining to poop. I pick her up a poop was matted into her hair around her rectum so that she couldn't go. How did they not notice that. This could have made her more sick not being able to go. You can tell it's been like this for a few days. I had to cut it to get it loose. You people are horrible.

Took my dog here, she ate ‘special’ chocolate, she had to get her stomach pumped and they kept her overnight. Got a call at 4AM being told she has bloody diarrhea and probably wasn’t going to make it. I called back at 8AM and was told she was doing much better, but we needed to take her to a different vet in Greensboro that could do a plasma transfusion. I get up to the vet to move her, and they try to charge me $450, I didn’t question it thinking it was from extra things they had to do to keep her alive. But looking closer at the bill they messed up, I had paid $1600 the night before and it only showed I had paid $1150. They apologized stating they were new and didn’t know much. I was handed the transfer papers and it showed 2 vets, one in Winston Salem and one in Greensboro, I triple checked we were going to the one in Greensboro as that’s what I was told on the phone, they said yes it’s the Greensboro location only 10 minutes away. They bring out my dog, she looks like she is on deaths door. Freaking out my girlfriend and I just grab her and take her to the other location as fast as possible. When we walk in their staff looks concerned and confused. After about 15 minutes they tell us we are supposed to be in Winston Salem 35 minutes from there and that they couldn’t do anything else. We hurry to the car but unfortunately don’t even make it to the highway before she takes her last few breaths. We drive to the Winston location anyways and are told they could have just transferred all the paperwork to the Greensboro location but wouldn’t. So if you love your pet, please avoid this location at all costs.

We took our pup here after he had been mauled by a big dog. It was an early Saturday morning emergency visit. They took him in and treated him with care and kindness. Fixed him up and took excellent care of him. It was far less expensive than I expected. I can give a 100 percent satisfaction rating for all they did. I would go back in a second and feel comfortable recommending After Hours clinic to anyone needing a competent veterinarian. And they are VERY reasonable, too. Thank You 😊

They were so great from the first minute I called! I was in and out with meds in about 2 hours (unheard of). I’ve been using another after hours vet for years, but I’ll be staying at After Hours Emergency Clinic. 💜 The price was also responsible for an emergency vet.

I would like to thank you all for everything you have done for my husband and I when brought our big fur baby to get help for him ! From start to finish everyone has been amazing. Even tho we lost our fur baby renegade everyone was so sweet and caring ! Thank you all for all your help during this hard time!!

I had a great experience with After Hours. They were really about the well-being of my dog and took great care of him. Their communication was amazing. They called and gave me updates frequently and always suggested calling for more updates at any time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.
