I needed emergency euthanasia for my very sick elderly cat, Willow. All treatment options were exhausted. Her condition worsened on a Sunday. I was absolutely desperate and my vet is closed on weekends so I went to Happy Tails. They do not know me or my cat and treated me with the utmost compassion and empathy. They took time with me and my fur baby and explained the procedure with kindness and professionalism. They even handled the cremation. Every single person there served with excellence. Do not hesitate to bring your fur baby here. I saw Dr. Noureddine. She and her team lead me through this terrible situation with a gentle spirit. I always be grateful for the kindness they showed me and my cat on such a terrible day. Thank you all so much for all you did!! You are appreciated more than you know.

I cannot express how happy I am for finding Happy Tails. My poor baby girl has diabetes and had a seizure yesterday and freaked me out. I picked her up asap without hesitation and googled closest emergency vet in my car. Well one vet said we are closing and couldn't take her which I won’t get into right now. Lolol. Called Happy Tails and they sent me link to pre fill out info as I was on my way. Got there and was a few people in front of me and the wait was a little longer but they were not as fortunate as I was and my heart goes out to them. Assistant called me and walk me through a few questions with a nice calming voice(very important) and then doctor called me after. They took my baby and I waited nervously. Doctor Thomas called, had the softest voice, was such a sweat heart and cares so much during the call and explained all that was going on and what they did. We’ll have my baby back and doing well! I am forever grateful to them and the least I can do is write the review! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ all the staff and doctors there. They even gave her a certificate lolol. My puppy is doing great and gives me more love and kisses as she knows what went on and who took care of her! ❤️❤️

We are incredibly grateful for the care we received at Happy Tails!! Having a sick animal is very stressful, and I felt that everyone - the doctors, techs, and staff - were all incredibly kind and compassionate towards our situation. They gave us several different treatment options and I felt that pros and cons to all of the different interventions were explained well. My husband and I appreciated their transparency about finances and felt they went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed. They were patient when answering our questions (even at 2am!) and ultimately helped our pup feel so much better! I felt that our dog Indy was taken care of with dignity and love. Thank you to everyone at Happy Tails for taking such great care of our Indy!! You all are wonderful people with kind hearts. The Triad is so lucky to have you serving our community. Absolutely phenomenal care! Brought my cat here at 4:30 AM for respiratory distress. I was immediately checked in and my cat was taken back within minutes of our arrival. The staff was incredibly compassionate and informative, and made sure to go over every diagnostic and treatment with me before performing anything on my cat, making sure I fully understood what was going on. I am so grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism as well as their obvious care for animals and what they do. Although I hope I have no more animal emergencies, if I do, I will be coming back to Happy Tails for sure.

I wish I could give even more stars!! From the moment I got on the phone and had to share my story about my sweet little Maggie, who has been suffering from on again off again, diarrhea for over two months with no answers from my regular vet, They showed nothing but empathy and compassion for my situation. They could hear my frustration and really really listened. They got her in and found the answers! I am so so grateful for the team there! Our sweetie is home resting now with the right treatment! We are on our way to recovery!

Highly disappointed in the quality of the service here. I brought my pet Coco here (10 year old Yorkshire) to be examined for her bleeding rectum area and to diagnose if she had a hernia that was stopping her from having bowl movements. Needless to say this place was more concerned about the money we were spending than the quality of service while examining my dog. The ONLY reason my review has 2 stars is due to the fact that their receptionist was welcoming and I appreciate that. Unless you have $800 at your disposal instantly to find the actual problem with your pet, do not bring them here. You are better off conducting a diagnostic test yourself than having these doctors “play pretend vet” and just tell you the same things you were concerned about before will need testing done.
