Very professional staff. I had to make a very tough decision to put down my dog Molly after 15 wonderful years. They were extremely inviting and made me feel very comfortable at such an uncomfortable time.

Wonderful experience and great team! My baby girl opened her sutures after her spay surgery. It was really nasty and painful. They took her right in and loved on her, even with her anxiety. She was given pain medication and an exam. The doctor explained she needed sedation and small surgery to repair the damage. She stayed with them all night, they sent me photos and let me know she was okay. When I got her in the morning, the staff went over in great detail what I needed to do to help her heal. They called a few days later to check on her. I am so grateful they were there when we needed help.

I wish I could give even more stars!! From the moment I got on the phone and had to share my story about my sweet little Maggie, who has been suffering from on again off again, diarrhea for over two months with no answers from my regular vet, They showed nothing but empathy and compassion for my situation. They could hear my frustration and really really listened. They got her in and found the answers! I am so so grateful for the team there! Our sweetie is home resting now with the right treatment! We are on our way to recovery!

I’ve truly never had a better emergency vet experience than I did with Happy Tails! I had to bring my dog in on an early Saturday morning. Before heading over I called to see what the process was and was told to complete a registration online and they’d take her in quickly upon arrival. Once we arrived and checked in they took her in within 30 min. There was a family saying goodbye to their loved one at the time so they had me come around the back to drop my dog off which I loved out of respect for the other family! They were also very clear and upfront with what she’d need for diagnostics and took payment upfront. They said she’d likely be there for a few hours so feel free to go home and they’d call when she’s ready. About 2 hours later received a call with her diagnosis and prognosis and actually received a refund as they didn’t complete all the testing they’d predicted upfront. After arrival for pickup they had her ready to go within 30 min with a detailed discharge report. Later I received emails with copies of all my dog’s imaging, bloodwork, and other results to share with my vet, which I loved as I keep my own records. Lastly, they were sure to follow up on her to see how she was doing a couple days later. Beyond the thorough and prompt care outlined above, everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and pleasant. If I ever have another emergency with any of my pets in the future, I’ll make the trip out to Happy Tails again!

Happy Tails is an incredible place to bring your pet. The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and loving. They go above and beyond to not only care for your pet, but for you. I was so grateful for the care that my puppy received. I also felt that their pricing was extremely fair and they were transparent throughout the whole process. GO HERE!

They were there for us when we needed them. The compassion and care me and my dog received was outstanding. Every member of the staff I saw was wonderful. It was 4AM and it was time to say goodbye to my best friend. I didn't want him to go but he'd taken a turn for the worst and it was the right thing to do though one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. They treated him with such care. I could tell some of the staff were almost in tears too--I could see the care. Heartbreaking but peaceful. Sorry it's taken me 5 months to get around to writing this review.
