If you were sold a sick puppy from this store, please join Say NO to Juniors Pet House on Facebook. These are backyard bred puppies. They don't come from breeders that are ethical. Most breed clubs prohibit its club members from selling to pet stores and there are many emreasons for this. I can help you file complaints if your puppy has been sick or has passed.

My friends mom just got a dog from here and the puppers is in emergency care right now he came out positive for parvo when this place claimed the puppers had its vaccinations she had had it barely a week! We will expose you guys because we are not the only ones you have sold sick dogs too!

Currently here at PET DOCTOR 911 at 4am, Bought a puppy Pomeranian. Came home to him with bloody stool and stumbling all over the place. Will keep updated. But puppy is not in good condition. This pet store has a history of not taking care of its animals and so many people have come forward.

Horrible horrible place!!! They will sell you a sick dog! So many people are coming forward after purchasing here. They have had other locations in Houston they had to close down due to people coming forward. They will blame your dogs illness on you, and never contact you back! The dogs are not properly vaccinated and their contract is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! please stay away. Save yourself the heartache so many families have had to endure! Our dog was diagnosed with distemper and we had to put her to sleep. Our poor baby who had no voice and was used by these people for profit!! These dogs are NOT a properly vaccinated! They will not answer questions regarding who the breeders are, nor the so called “vet” they have in Brownsville. GOOGLE PUPPY MILLS to see the horrible conditions the puppies parents probably live in!! Reply to owner: I have proof we paid the whole amount as soon as we received the bill. It is paid off 100 percent. I NEVER asked for money back from your lousy business I just want to spread the word so NO one else is a victim! A veterinarian would never put a healthy puppy down and if you have any knowledge about reputable vets and dogs you would know this is true. Thank you for replying, you have proved just how SLEAZY you are all on your own!

I hope this place goes out of business and the dogs are taken care of in a safe place. This place is a scam, and the owners and managers are heartless liars. They take your dog to Mexico if your puppy is sick the first 7 days, and they lie about it. They claim your dog is fine and healthy when it's been throwing up and can barely walk. They never reveal who the OWNERS of the place are. They LIE, LIE, and LIE. My puppy died in my arms a week after I bought him. Turns out he was sick when I first got him. I was heartbroken.
