The place is for pets and farm animals. Dogs, cats . Also horses, cows goats etc. the staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you with anything pet related. If you have an appointment for your dog or pet. Your wait is not long. We are very happy with the $80 charge for this appointment . Because it came with medication and advice. . Most other vets don’t even see you. It’s usually just a tech . This place is highly recommended IMHO

Very affordable, friendly, and clean. Just got a new puppy and took her for her first shots and didn't wait more than 5 mins. We were in and out, and just recently, my puppy had to see the vet. The wait time was 2 hours. it does pass by quickly since you're in a waiting room full of pets. You get to see different breeds and just start taking with other owners. Would Def recommend 👌

Please be aware there is a long wait time!! It is not an emergency clinic so there are long wait times. Overall I was very happy with the service. Front desk, was kind and provided us with an update as to how many people were ahead of us. Techs were also very nice. Dr. Ram was very nice and patient in explaining things to us. Prices are reasonable. Please be kind to staff as they try there best to take in clients.

Amazing doctor! I went in on Saturday morning, I waited about an hour and a half after signing in (please note, the wait is long, I got there an hour before they open to be one of the first people, which is why my wait time was short). Although it was my first time there I knew what to expect since my mom has gone to take my other dog but omg I was super impressed on how Dr. Ram really give you the attention and time once you’re in the room. I’ve been to several vets (mostly pet 911) and usually all of them have been an in and out experience, I usually leave with unanswered questions but Dr. Ram was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and most importantly, he did not leave the room in a rush (most vets do in my experience). I expected him to be in a rush since it is a walk in clinic and his wait time is sometimes hours long but nope! Also, to future clients, please note the wait time will be long. His clinic is walk-ins only which I highly appreciate because many vets don’t unless it’s pet doctor 911 but it will cost you an arm and a leg, trust me I’ve taken one of dogs there several times (since she mostly gets sick during the night time or weekends). Thank you Dr. Ram!! Best vet in RGV!! 🫶🏼

The service from Dr Ram is great. Do you have to wait a long time? Yes. But when you get seen you don't feel like he is rushing you out the door. He takes his time with each and every pet and addresses any concerns you have. I'd rather wait and make sure when it's time for my fur baby they are getting a thorough checkup. Very pleased with this office and the pricing and availability of hours. Having late hours on Thursdays is a life saver. Front staff could be a littttttle bit friendlier but they are probably pretty overwhelmed with the influx of clients. I have recommended Dr Ram and will continue to take my babies there as long as he is taking patients.

Though the wait was super long... I really liked the service. The doctor is very nice, humble, and gives the best attention to his patients. The staff was nice & courteous. Highly recommend this clinic!
