Staff named Rochelle has attitude and refused service due to blaming me for a friend’s missed appointment. Wanted my $$$ up front before my dog could get seen. Forget about the pets, it’s all about the money. Seems very shady to me in how I had to PREPAY for services after taking my pets there 22 YEARS. NO LOYALTY, NO PET CARE. MONEY HUNGRY $$$ GREED before even checking out my pet. Rude staff with attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused.

We've had wonderful experiences with the Nolana Animal Hospital. Our dogs have recieved excellent care from both Dr. Ramos and Dr. Bentsen. The techs and front desk crew are also all very friendly and very helpful. Best place in the Valley to bring your furry family members.

Took my pomeranian Dexter to Nolana ANIMAL Hospital for the first time. He saw DVM Bentsen on time of my appointment. My new pom had never seen a vet. From the staff Zachary whom I made the appointment with, staff from front desk to the Vet technician and DVM Bentsen were all amazing and caring. Staff at front desk went the extra mile and walked my dog to my vehicle since I had a baby in a carrier with me which made it extremely difficult for me to hold both. They are ALL wonderful. Thank you for such superior professionalism and sincere kindness and care. Will definitely be back!

I am very impressed with this vetenarian. My dog has never seen a vet in 8 years and I had an awesome 1st experience. We got a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Dr. Bentsen is awesome. Highly recommend this place of business.

The staff was very accommodating and informative. They ALL took the time to explain to me a first timer of caring for a Mommy cat and sick kittens. You can tell the staff truly cares for animals.

Nolana Animal Hospital is not my normal veterinary’ however my Chewennie hurt her foot on Sunday and I couldn’t get her in to my vet. I was very pleased with the facility and staff, DR Medina was extremely professional and understanding to my Babygirl's needs, I would highly recommend this facility and will be switching both of my fur babies to Nolana Animal Hospital..Thank you from the Villarreal Family.
