A special Shout Out to Paige. Who was ever so helpful in finding a good dog food for our dog. She cared about our concerns and was very knowledgeable. She is a great asset to your store. We went everywhere looking for what we needed and she was the only person who cared about us and spent time with us. My husband and I and our dog Pete say thank you!

I hesitate to write a bad review. Our dog apparently pulled her paw back as the groomer was trimming her nails and we took her to the vet with we were told to do a whole procedure it took weeks to get done she tripped twice on her cone and fell hurting he other paw we had to apply these antibiotic wipes every three hours. After the allotted time, we took the cone off and wrapped her paw because she couldn't leave it alone. It was agonizing then one day she stopped biting it because we unwrapped it and sprayed the bitter stuff on her paw which SOMEONE should have told us in the very they literally sell the bitter spray my friend whom is a vet said that they should have shown us the bitter spray because he woynd wasnt bad enough to need a cone she still has the red stain from the antibiotics wipes 4 weeks later

Had some issues with checking out and dog tag machine not working correctly, but I would not be able to get a refund or try another tag. Cashier got a manager, he immediately made it right, no complaints. About as optimal an interaction you can have, all things considered, always a pleasure even if things go a bit sideways

We went for our puppy's first grooming and had an absolutely AMAZING experience! Ramie is amazing! She was so quick and gave out little puppy the best treatment!

I absolutely love shopping here for all of my pets including my fur baby, fishy friends and tarantula. They have a pretty great variety of pet supplies including live plants and pets. I love that they do online orders but also love shopping in person there and seeing other shoppers with their pers. And kudos to the entire staff for being so friendly and helpful! On my last visit Sarah helped my online order and has helped several other times before as well recommending items. Thanks PetSmart and stay awesome!

I absolutely love PetSmart!! The prices are reasonable. They almost ALWAYS have what my puppy loves in stock. The Treats Program is amazing with rewards and deals. My puppy is forever grateful for their buy 3 toys, Get one free deal. They have it many times throughout the year. The associates are always very friendly and helpful when I have questions. The variety of items makes keeping my puppy living a happy life. Thank you, PetSmart, for being there for me and my baby, Tomosa!
