Great feed and more store. The owner is long in knowledge and the business.. The local shelters are full. Stop breeding and selling caged up animals. Last year we went in for a scheduled dog bath and nail trim. The groomer was stiff and didn't care to offer a minute to meet and comfort my dog. She forced my dog into a small kennel while finishing her break or something. I turned out badly and the nail trim was not finished. Paid the 50$ after i put the food and treats I'd planned to purchase back on the shelf .I was glad to get out of there.

Only one star because there was a short woman with semi light hair wearing flared pants and a hat who quite literally yelled at not just me and my partner but a little girl for feeding the birds that were outside of the cages. There was no signs or anything saying we could not pet the birds or feed them which we had done several times before when we went in there and staff was okay with it. I’ve never seen her there before so she is obviously new but her overall attitude towards customers that day was quite horrendous and I would not want her working in customer service at all. She was very loud and unkind with how she spoke. But other than that, I love that store.

We had so much fun here! The prices are a bit higher than other big name stores, but we feel like it's worth it. You're not just paying for your pet supplies here, you're supporting a local business, AND you're paying for the experience. Their petting zoo is a fun family experience and they don't even charge for it! That's what makes their higher prices worth it to us. Two birds with one stone- we get to buy our pet supplies and make family memories at the same time!

They should NOT be selling arachnids, especially scorpions. Last time I was there half of they're scorpions were dead and given the complete opposite care than what they need. They do absolutely no research on these animals and it shows.

Too expensive for my budget. Service is great but never ever buy a puppy from a puppy mill. You're getting into trouble. And $600 plus, for a mixed breed animal is absolutely screwed up.....

I have been coming to McKees for years now and I have never had a problem with any of your employees your stores anything I bought several of my animals from you guys I buy food for my animals here never had a problem with the employees. They've always been kind courteous and friendly. However, today when I came in with my daughter to look at your animals, a female employee with shoulder length reddish hair proceeded to yell at us from across the store like we were bad children. If we were doing something wrong I can understand maybe coming up to us personally and saying something, but I thought it was very unprofessional and rude to yell at us across the store and then run off before we could reply. She must be new because I've never seen this lady before but bad hiring in my opinion. Thought people should be aware. Thanks
