PetSmart is our go-to place for all things doggo! My dog, Lambeau, has been on a Banfield wellness plan for over five years and we absolutely love them. We also come in on Sundays to see the New Lease on Life animal shelter dogs as they always bring some dogs up for adoption.

Seems like they don't want to even adopt animals out. Doug the manager is quite an unkind and rude human, who told me after already waiting over 15 minutes to meet some cats up for adoption that it would just take "too much time" to go through the process, after being told by BOTH the cashier and pet specialist that I could meet the cats. I am absolutely unwell knowing that these sweet boys have to sleep another night in a cold cage at a pet store and not in my warm cozy bed because of this man having to bully his employees and be the "big man in charge". I think "New Leash on Life" should really reconsider where they adopt their pets out from since this is the way Doug treats eager and excited potential pet parents.

The cashier Jan deserves a gold star for going two extra miles to add my online coupon after an initial glitch! She also showed and showered my Husky Miranda with a ton of love. The gentleman who greeted me in the kibble aisle was also respectful. I approve of this store; well-lit and very navigable!!

BEWARE…. Of the customer care in the GROOMING department. They called me at 9:15pm the night before our dog was to be groomed at 8am the following morning saying they had to cancel because the groomer wouldn’t be able to make it! Really why even bother to take appointments if you can’t keep them. I will never set another appointment here! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This place is terrible. We go there all the time have bought alot of stuff from here. Tonight we stop by to see what fish they got. I had to go to the bathroom and I first noticed a note on the inside the door saying if it don't unlock turn it this way that way. Then I went to sit on the toilet and it turned I feel off. Came out the women my husband was talking to heard me and didn't do nothing but went on her way. Never asked if I was ok or anything.

Great place to shop for all your fur babies' needs . I bought several toys for mine here , the associate was very nice ☺️ and helpful . I will be coming back for more of his needs .
